Quiet private community that shares 100 feet of the best sandy beach in Port Sanilac.

Cozy Cabin is accurate. Log cabin, but with modern kitchen.Clean, airy with lots of windows & a large screened porch. The large sandy beach was close by, water was shallow & sandy - great for kids and dogs. Comfortable beds. Everything you need supplied. Hosts communicated well & were very thoughtful with many unexpected extras for beach & water sports & pets. Would definitely recommend for family or couples with or without pets. Look forward to staying again next year.

What a lovely stay. Check in and out was easy. Kitchen well appointed, and very nice. Screen porch was the best. We had a great time and the beach was perfect. Can't wait to return. The owners are great and very accommodating. Just what I needed to usher in a new decade of my life.

The day after we left the property owner accused us of making the couch and the bedding smell. But she wouldn't even say what it smelled like, yet stated she had to throw out all the bedding and maybe the couch. We have absolutely no idea what she is talking about, as we left the property exactly as we found it. It smelled like a dank little cabin when we arrived, and that's what it smelled like when we left. The property has no air conditioning, or heating. So I don't know what she really expects, but we did not smoke, we did not make any messes or spills, and we left it as it was found.

Owners and property was perfect for our family of 6 with two children (ages 11 and 12) and our two four legged family members as well. Mike was here within an hour or so when we requested more wood, and was super nice and welcoming. The neighbor by the beach wasn't as great, just stay off their property on the way to the beach.

Very quaint rustic log cabin. Very close to beautifu sandy beach and one of our favorite public golf courses. You almost feel like your on the ocean. Great communication with owner. Two up!

Great place to stay

Love the cabin, the screened in porch is a great place to take a nap or sleep at night. Has a great beach kayaks and paddle boards were provided. This was the second time we stayed here and will stay again in the future. Port sanilac is a nice little town with good places to eat with a nice down town district.

Our second summer in a row at this cabin. The screened in porch is the big draw for us. We just sat and read. And when it got too hot, we took a short walk to the beach to cool off. Loved it!

Walk to the beach is fantastic! So close, easy to come and go. Safe neighborhood, friendly people, the beach is beautiful. We loved it and can’t wait to come back. They had life jackets and really everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

It was awesome, the location is real close to the beach, and the beach was beautiful. No cliffs around and water was beautiful. The cabin is really nice and cozy, with a great screened in porch and nice table to have your morning coffee and lunch or dinner. One of the best places on port huron !!!

Great place to relax and watch the waves hit the shore. Quiet surrounding. Extremely caring & respectfully hosts. We have enjoyed this little rustic cabin multiple times and will be returning soon.

Great spot by the lake

Wonderful location right near beautiful Lake Huron. I imagine it’s busier in the summer but nice and quiet in October. Very comfortable cabin; especially loved the screened porch which was perfect spot to play games as the sun went down. Didn’t cook (easy takeout nearby) but perfectly adequate kitchen if we had wanted to. Lots of nice walks and beautiful sunrises. Highly recommend for a couple; might feel crowded with more people

Cozy cabin

This is a very comfortable and relaxing get away. We took out fur baby and he loved the screen porch as we did relaxing to the sound of the beach and enjoying the beautiful weather.the bed was very comfy the cabin was very clean and had everything we could ask for we really enjoyed our stay

Beautiful beach and cozy cabin

We had a great stay! Overall the cabin, area and beach were perfect! Cozy, clean and inviting. The only small downside was the reconstruction of the neighbors house. We stayed the weekend so it didn't really impact us too much, but contractors were there bright and early on the day we were leaving. The cabin had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. Lisa and Mike were very accomidating to our needs. In fact, we discovered these awesome pies from the Farmers Market and Mike snapped a picture of their card for us! Thank you Lisa and Mike for everything!

Port Sanilac cabin

We enjoyed our stay very much. We met Ms Lisa she is a wonderful lady. We would love to stay again next year. But I would like to make Lisa aware of the family that stayed in the big house to the right. That there was a man that kept peeking in our windows. He would go from window to window peeking in on us girls. We just want to make Lisa aware.

Clean & Cozy Cabin

I seldom act on impulse, but I did when booking this cabin and it turned out to be even better than I imagined. Don't be scared off by the square footage. We had 5 adults, two young children & two dogs and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners were very easy to work with and quick to answer all of our questions. It was clean and welcoming. The porch and beach access were amazing. We hope to visit again next year!

Another Wonderful Stay

This was our second time staying at this adorable little cabin. It is so cute, clean, & cozy! It has everything we could've needed. The beach is beautiful & quiet. It is rock hunter's paradise. Looking forward to staying again!

Great get away

Very clean well furnished cabin. The screened in porch was great had a nice view of the lake, nice sandy beach. Mike and Lisa were awesome. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back

Exclent choice

Absolutely loved this place. Had realistic cozy cabin and hide away feel. Very dog friendly and thoughtful to dogs. No ac but thats ok. Beach was a short walk and worth the trip alone. Slept on the screened porch and woke up to an amazing sunrise. Dig it!
