Bring the whole family or your friends to this great place conveniently located in the middle of downtown Pt. Senilac with lots of room to enjoy . Two story house with a full finished basement. Two kitchens inside the house fully stocked with all the necessary equipment to cook a perfect meal as well as an outdoor kitchen with gas cooktop, pizza oven/grill and a fridge. Brand new outdoor hot tub with water check after each guest.

We love this house, sitting on the waterside deck just listening to the waves, sitting around the long table sharing meals and playing games, walking into town! Perfect for our family! We’ll be back next year!

2025 vacation

Nice property with friendly neighbors. The house was beautiful with lots of room. The boys took over the basement and said it’s the best vacation they’ve had. We love rock hunting and found some good ones. The owner was great about keeping in touch with us and telling us about things going on in the area. I would diffidently recommend this place.

Family vacation stay

The house was big, clean, and in a great location. It was a wonderful choice for our family of 8 adults and 9 children/teens. The beach, hot tub and pool table were great to have. The proximity to the park and marina were great too. We enjoyed our stay in this home.

Very personable, friendly, this home was set up nicely. We all enjoyed our stay. Cleaned up easily before we left and enjoyed the view of the lake the most! Watching the sun come up, go done and our guests were so impressed with the comfort and accommodation.

Perfect space for our lake house week!

We so enjoyed being back in Port Sanilac and your place was perfect. The deck over the water was a wonderful gathering spot and it was so nice to have a dining table that could accommodate everyone for games and meals! Thank you!! Hope to book for next year!

Beautiful home

This is a gorgeous property. Extremely clean and well kept. The host was very friendly and helpful. The price was the most reasonable of all the properties I stayed at (4 others) for the weekend. Definitely best value home. Great views and location. Would absolutely stay again!

Michigan Family Reunion

Our entire family from Michigan and North Carolina gathered for a family reunion and we had a great time. The house was amazing, beautifully decorated, and the outdoor space on Lake Huron was perfect for family gatherings. The teens enjoyed the game room space downstairs and the large kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner and breakfast for a large group.

My family and I had a great time. There is plenty to do around the home and in Lexington. We had 4 families in this beautiful home and were comfortable. I have even recommended this particular house to my niece for next year.

We ended up with 18 people. We had room for more if we needed to. Great deck on the lake. We had a great time at this house. I wouldn’t hesitate renting this place at all.

Beautiful lake front home

Our extended family loved this home! We've stayed in many different VRBO's over the years and this is one of our favorites. For starters, it was VERY clean! It was also spacious and allowed for nice bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. A very nice feature is the deck overlooking the lake. We spent many hours enjoying the views of Lake Huron. Communication with the host was very good. We loved it so much we rented again for next year!

Family Vacay 2024

Our whole family(9 adults & 3 kids)has been staying at a new location each summer for the past 4-5 years. This home is one we definitely would return to! Being right on Lake Huron where you could swim, rockhound or just enjoy the amazing view was the best! The hot tub was also a big hit. The deck overlooking the water was large with plenty of seating of all kinds. The house has 3 floors offering bedrooms & baths on each level. The kitchen is very large and open on the main floor with an additional kitchen on the lower level. The central ac worked well on the hot & humid days of our trip. Having room at the property for our 5 cars(2 in the garage)was appreciated.Communication with Alina was easy & prompt, and we were able to check in early. This rental was a great choice for our mixed generations family.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I enjoy spending time with my large family and an even larger group of friends. This property is beautifully located in the middle of a slow-moving town, next to the Marina, and close to a very nice cozy locally owned restaurants, right on the beach of Huron River and large enough to fit a large group of people.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our "home away from home" is located right in the heart of Pt. Sanilac, next to the Marina and a boat dock. It also has a brand new jacuzzi tub that can fit up to 7 people. Jacuzzi undergoes regular cleaning and maintenance. This house has two full size kitchens, all mattresses have been recently replaced, three TVs an outdoor built-in grill with a gas cooktop, and a very large, covered deck.
