Luxury Condo With Unusual Master Layout

The condo was very clean and my contact Michael was extremely responsive. Plenty of baths and TVs but could have been better stocked with basics. Example only one dish towel and no sugar. Outside grill was advertised but not there due to hurricane damage. Layout of master was strange. Since there was no door separating the toilet/bathroom area from the bed area, there was no privacy. This also let you unable to put light on near toilet at night without disturbing person in bed. Long walk to beach especially hauling gear. Area appeared to have lingering hurricane damage. Mini golf across the street played loud music until 11 every night, though the kids enjoyed going there. Pool temp was good but could have used more chairs around the pool area.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this Madeira Beach property The kids loved the pool, beach, ice cream shop and especially the mini golf complete with live gators. All within walking distance The apartment is beautifully appointed with a large lanai Plenty of room for 3 generations Would definitely book again

2023 Spring break

Over all it was an amazing condo. Very beautiful! Excellent for people who love the beach. The downfall of it was the fact that I found garbage under beds and under one of the pillows in the double bed room. While there I had to fix the bathroom sink because it was just like hanging there and leaking every time it was used. The refrigerator freezer door handle is so weak that I was scared to use it so I didn’t get blamed for it. I do think that a bigger coffee pot would be great especially with how many people the condo holds. Also, I feel like I was being watched by a camera door bell which had me on the edge just a little and made me look everywhere in the condo just to make sure I wasn’t being watched inside. This was my first time renting a home. I’m used to just renting a motel room. So with that being said, I don’t know how renting a condo differs from motels but I had barely any toilet paper, there were 3 bathrooms with only 4 rolls of toilet paper. I had to go buy a huge pack to last us a week. We ran out of garbage bags due to only 4 bags being left for us to use. Now don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind that I had to buy that but when I paid a lot of dollars I kinda expected to get the same treatment as if I was renting a cheaper motel which comes with all of that 24 hours if needed. I don’t think I’d rent this condo again personally for myself but I would definitely recommend it. I enjoyed my stay even with the small complaints.

This condo was the perfect rental for our group of 5. The location to the beach, shopping, mini golf & restaurants was ideal! All within walking distance. Communication with the manager was great! We would rent again & looking forward to our next trip to FL!

Awesome spot in Madeira Beach

This condo was a prefect find for a family stay in Madeira Beach. Each room has its own bathroom and the condo itself is spacious. Quick and easy walk to the beach as well as several local restaurants and bars.

We were thrilled with the rental of this condo. Everything was great! The little extras that the owner includes just made our stay that much more enjoyable. We have usually stayed directly on the beach in years past, but the short walk, location at the beach and the condo property made our week. We will definitely be coming back again!

Incredible Find!

This property is excellent! We stayed for two days while visiting family in the area who were also on vacation and have been vacationing in the area for 30+ years. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and the host is incredibly responsive. The location is perfect for the Madeira Beach area. A Winn-Dixie grocery store is right next door, public beach access is a 3-5 minute walk, depending on the size of your party, and all the local hot-spots are within a 5-15 minute drive. Upon check-in we found that we needed very little in terms of necessities. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish cloths, dish soap, hand soap...even make-up removers were provided. In addition to all of that, a beach cart with chairs, umbrella, cooler, volley ball, beach towels and boogie boards were in the unit and available for use. Top that off with designated parking spots (in a shaded garage area) , a community pool and a propane gas grill on the patio offered a great convenience during Father's Day weekend. The host clearly knows what his customers are looking to do while on vacation in Madeira Beach and has gone above and beyond to make it possible.

Great location and brand new apartment

Brand new apartment, clean, very well decorated. Beach towels, beach chairs available. Property manager very responsive. Located on third floor with elevator, parking space, walking distance to shops, market, pharmacy, supermarket and the beach. We loved it.

Very cold pool

We were very disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated like it was stated in the listing profile. That was the main reason we rented this condo because it listed a heated pool. We feel taken advantage of and we won’t be coming back.

Beautiful Condo - Wonderful Stay

We felt so fortunate that we found this condo. It was extremely clean and well kept. It's location was great for our multigenerational family stay. We had enough beds for three small children ages 3-6 plus 6 adults. We were located a half block from a Winn Dixie and two blocks from the beach. That was another big plus. The condo is well equiped in the kitchen and for the beach. All in all we had a great mini-vacation.

Beautiful Space

This new property had everything we needed! The kitchen was spacious and the Master shower was delightful! The small touches that the owner provided made my heart sing: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, Keurig pods, creamer pods, spices ... even shampoo & conditioner! We would definitely recommend. The only downside was the distance to the beach, which we were aware of, but it was too for for my elderly father to walk to. Other than that, it was a beautifully appointed space with all of the touches of home!

Excellent property!

My family and I have stayed at many different properties. Mike is very attentive to his guests and we enjoyed everything about this unit. It is obvious that attention to detail was important to the owner to make guests feel at home. The kitchen is well equipped (my only suggestion would be an electric can opener). All of the appliances are top notch. The beds are comfortable and the unit is spacious! The master bathroom… AMAZING!!! You will not be disappointed if you choose to rent this property! Thank you for sharing your unit with us!

This location is truly among the best in the area. You can fly into Tampa or St. Beach airports; catch an Uber, and not have to rent a vehicle. Shopping and dining are all within walking distance, as well as the beach. John's Pass is a 5 minute ride up the road, where you will find some of the best sites, food and entertainment in the area! Pete’s Poke and Sushi, Frabotta’s, Caddy’s Beachfront, Lucky Lizards Tap House, Mario’s Restaurant, and Saltwater Hippie are all within walking distance!s also a CVS and Winn Dixie Grocery Store 1 block away. Publix is also short 5 minute ride across the inter coastal bridge. Want to take a break from the sand? Take the kids across the street to Smugglers Cove and enjoy a round of Miniature golf, at one of the areas most enjoyable attractions!
