Sun-drenched Townhome on beautiful Madeira Beach!

Look out over the dunes at the Gulf in the heart of Madeira Beach, famous for its casual, fun-oriented lifestyle for families and singles alike. This spacious, modern setting has everything you need: beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Lots of nearby restaurants, and only a few blocks from Johns Pass.

The house can be entered from the garage or front door. The ground floor holds the living room with sliding doors to a porch with eating table and chairs and stairs to the beach. Up one flight is the dining room, kitchen, hall bath (full, shower), washer/dryer, and bedroom. On the third floor is the master with full bath (tub and shower), two more bedrooms, and a full bath (shower). The master has a private balcony overlooking the beach. On the ground floor near the spa is a separate room with half bath and stored beach toys.
All rooms are for guest use. There are a couple of closets that are private.
The garage is 34' deep; the door opening is 9' wide and 8' high. It will fit one standard or two small cars. The driveway is 26' long and will hold a full size truck.
The spa is having some issues with the heat and jets and will be replaced. We're in the permitting stage and replacement is some months out. The heat works intermittently; the jets do not work. The spa is full and ready in the meantime for a relaxing cool soak.
