Welcome to our spacious split level house, just under a mile to Dunes Beach! 3 bedrooms sleep 10, 2 full bathrooms, with A/C. A private backyard with fire pit, large patio, and 2 gas grills. Large kitchen and living room. Screened in porch provides a relaxing space. Plenty of parking. In desirable location.

Dunes Beach pass and parking included! Brand new outdoor shower!!

The property was beautiful. The patio and furniture could have used a cleaning (slightly moldy). We loved our stay. The grandkids played ball in the back yard and the older ones enjoyed smores in your fire pit area. My husband fished at west beach and the grandkids loved Dunes beach. Checking in was easy and the air conditioning works very well. The house is very clean and has almost everything you would need. (Need a meat pounder). Would definitely stay again. The garbage cans outside were not emptied when we arrived from the previous renters but after a text to the owner the garbage man finally came 2 days before we left.

Great family home

Diane and bob, your home was lovely. Nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and fully equipped. And one minute to the beach! The bonus”entertainment room” with ping pong, air hockey and two comfy couches to watch movies was a delight to my grandsons and their great grandfather, who lives in westerly. The backyard was beautiful and plenty of seating outside and on the screened in porch. Thank you so much for making our visit extra special. We’d like to come back next year!

good for large groups

The place as advertised in photos. Besides sleeping a large number, it has three social areas, a living room, a kitchen-dining area and the screened-in porch. So if you have a big group and it's raining, everyone won't be on top of each other. Add to that they've renovated the downstairs with a new floor and three couches, which could, in a bind, sleep more people, or at least get the kids out of your hair. We've used it four years now for a big group weekend and the owners respond to queries often within minutes. Wifi is good throughout the house. TVs are Roku. We had more specialized needs (guests who were VERY interested in the NBA playoffs and Roku didn't have TNT) but we brought our laptop (for logging onto MAX) and an HDMI cable and all was well. Big yard with a fire pit. A really spacious, well-furnished place.

The place is excellent for a large group, with a living room, kitchen/dining are and screened-in porch that can accommodate more than 15 people without everyone bumping into each other if it rains

Home away from Home

We just finished having a great stay at this wonderful house that is so conveniently located (just around the corner from Walmart and grocery shops, etc) and with enough space to provide peace and quiet. The screened in back porch was a major plus for morning and evening relaxation. Everything is arranged for comfort and convenience and there was a place for everyone to go if they wanted alone time. Furnishings are comfortably used but in good shape. This house has everything you need for a great vacation! Hope to be back again soon. Thank You

good place for large group

Well-maintained and furnished, it can sleep 10 and has room for them as well. Large living room, good sized kitchen-dining area. The screen porch is breezy but keeps out rain and bugs. The patio in back is good sized and the yard is well-kept and big enough for small-scale horsing around. The driveway is marvelous, can hold like nine cars.

Perfect house for family!

Bob and Diane are fabulous hosts and extremely attentive to make your vacation PERFECT! Spent the week in their home with my 7 grandchildren ages 6-15 and we had such a marvelous time! The house is located in a great area and The Dunes beach was the perfect beach for all the kids and adults too! And only a few minutes to Mystic Seaport area with so much to see and do! Can’t say enough good things about our hosts , the house and the state of Rhode Island! We have never been there and now I can’t wait to go back! So if you’re looking for a fantastic family friendly home and are thinking of visiting Rhode Island……… THIS IS THE HOUSE !!! Thank you again Bob and Diane!!

The place was fastidiously clean. Bedrooms were good sized and the rest of the house has plenty of room for entertaining. The screened-in porch was great, secure from rain and bugs and amply furnished. This may sound silly, but the furniture was very nice too. Some places are full of pieces that looks like someone emptied their basement of the old stuff they had in their apartment from college. Appliances all worked well. TV was Roku, which took me about five minutes to figure out, but it had everything we needed. top notch place.

golf weekend

Had great time, one of my guest is looking into renting house next year. Got to check in early as house was ready, weather was not cooperating so had to check in early. Screen porch area was the best even on the busy street quiet out back. Will stay again for sure.

Amazing Location, would definitely stay again!

We had an fantastic 5 days in this home - the location couldn't have been better. We walked to the winery for a tasting, jogged to the beach every morning, and the stores and food are less than 5 minutes away! The kids had fun in the backyard, and the adults had fun on the porch at night - screened porch was definitely an added bonus with the amount of mosquitoes out!! Only thing to be careful of - when they mentioned no linens in the listing, that meant no pillows or bathroom floor mats. We didn't realize this and had to buy pillows and use our beach towels as floor mats for the bathroom floor. It wasn't a big deal at all - just want to mention it so that you're aware. The hosts were fantastic, answered all of our questions quickly and access to the house was simple upon arrival! We are already talking about our next visit! THANK YOU!
