Your Florida Vacation Awaits! Located in Cape Coral, right off of the beautiful Surfside Blvd., this 3 bedroom home has everything you'll need to have an amazing vacation. You are within minuntes of the water, beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Everything your vacation heart desires!

Your rental home includes a beautiful private heated pool and all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay: dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, private heated pool, TV's, and all the linens and kitchen needs to have a wonderful stay!

Your vacation rental home can sleep up to 8: 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds as well as a queen sized sleeper-sofa couch in the study complete with blinds for privacy.

If you are driving or have a rental car, you will also have direct access to the garage. We also have a 220v hook up for electric vehicle charging!

We highly recommend this property for anyone who wants an enjoyable, relaxing vacation. Great house for the price

The stay was fine. It had all that we needed. Great location and easy to get to. The only negative was that it didn't have a heated pool. I wish that they would have that mentioned in their advertising.

Great House!

This house was perfect! Extremely clean! Beds were very comfortable. Sitting on the lanai was very peaceful to spend time. The neighborhood is quiet. There is plenty of space in this home. I would recommend this home for a nice peaceful vacation. Close to restaurants and stores.

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The house was clean. Communication was easy with the owner. The pool was very cold and unable to utilize due to the cover being damaged.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. The pool is not advertised as heated or with a solar cover. The temperatures in SW Florida have been lower than normal, mid 60s to low 70s and a cover would not have risen the pool temperature any higher than the air temperatures. Just the Basics

Nice house about 10 minutes from anywhere you need to be in Cape Coral - within an hour to Sanibel Island. Owner communicated expectations, pre/post check in instructions well. Quite neighborhood and the beds were nice, but overall, for a VRBO, this unit had most of the basics you would need.

The pool was great! Just right temp on a hot day. Host was quick in response. Beautiful area and we absolutely loved the bikes.We were a bit disappointed in the homes amenities, there was no grill to cook on. Also no extra linens for the beds. No iron, no games, nothing to right on not even a pen. Usually there are things in the house to get started no napkins nothing at all to clean with. Maybe you should think about basic cleaning products. I don’t want to put the home down I’m just suggesting to have more things in the home.
