We are near hw 75 and Alico Rd which gives easy access to different white sugar beaches such as Fort Myers Beach, Barefoot Beach, Bonita Springs , Vanderbilt Beach, Naples about 13-18 mi and Sanibel Island about 23 mi.
FGCU, Airport, Golf Courses are all located within few miles from Caloosa Palms.

Our family had a DREAM STAY at this wonderful Florida house!! The house was very neat and clean, the pool and hot tub were excellent and heated wonderfully, and Zamira was extremely kind and responsive when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

All/Most of our guests received same service. It is in reality easier system to text me and in a seconds have running spa without going out to the pool Heater system and figuring out the whole operation of turning it on and off. The system is not that easy and many guests don’t know how to do it . Most guests were very appreciative of this feature. We invested extra funds to make the turning on system smooth and seamless. I am glad you enjoyed our home, heated spa at your request every time, our hard efforts serving you and your friends/family. We will continue serving our guests with best efforts and comfort. Thank you

Christmas family get away

We came to Ft Meyer for a lacrosse tournament. Location was great. Kids enjoyed the pool table and pool. Had a great time. Host was very receptive and a good communicator.

Great house and pool!!

The house was amazing! We had two couples traveling together and it worked really well for us. The kitchen is VERY well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great! Zamira was very responsive with the pool controls. We initially thought it would be a difficult situation with the pool, but she had things heating up within minutes! We also really enjoyed watching the planes coming and going! The location is great!

Great location for what we needed!

We came to Ft. Meyers for the USGA Women's MidAM at Fiddlesticks Country Club. We only had three weeks to find a place and this turned out to be the perfect proximity to the course, airport and anything else we needed. The pool and hot tub were great for recovery after long hot days at the golf course and the host was terrific in making sure we had every thing we needed. Place was very clean and beds were very comfy! Only critique would be the beds were pretty low and hard to get out of but the comfort of the mattress made up for it!

Great getaway

We had a very nice time at the property. It looks exactly as advertised. This was our first time using Vrbo so we were not sure what to expect, but everything went well. It's very close to the airport (so planes do fly over) and in a great location. We didn't get a lot of initial communication from the host, but she was very responsive as needed. It has all the supplies you need for your stay (including beach gear!). My teenagers thought it was fantastic!

Family friendly

Great communication with owner. We had a few minor things, and she was on top of it! It's a family friendly property with board games, toys, pool (with safety fence), high chair and pack n play. Everything was as advertised and nothing negative to say. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. The location is good and close to grocery stores and shops. It's about 20 minutes from downtown Fort Myers and 40 minutes from Fort Myers beach.

Nice Property & Owner

We were traveling for work meetings, so it was just a co-worker and me. The place was nice, and had plenty of space to split up and have our own wings of the property essentially. The spa(Hot tub) was nice and warm, and we wish we had found the time to use the heated pool! There is lots of seating to relax both inside and outside. Some of the bed frames are low to the ground, so just be aware that it may be difficult for older folks. The home is in a lovely location, and the neighborhood feels very safe. Would be a great home for kiddos too!

Great place

The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Kids had great fun and the owner was able to fix the pool table as previous guests had stuffed some things in there and there were no balls ! Pool was good and so is the spa. We could not use it much as the weather was really cold ! Only f/b to owner is that they need to keep some dishwasher detergents or pods and the laundry area was dirty. Also some more board games could help especially when the weather was as cold as it was when we were there !

Great house for a small group, but constant contact with host required

The house and property was as described. It's in a fairly quiet neighborhood and easy to get around. The split bedroom layout is great for multiple groups of people. The pool table was a wonderful way to spend our evenings and we never even used the front room. The kitchen had most everything we needed. The only disappointment was that the pool was not heated in advance as requested and the use of the hot tub required contact with the host to turn it off and on. The air conditioning would reset at night during our visit which caused the house to get very warm.

I was very surprised to see this feedback… I am a super host for a year on a different platform and on this platform all guests were satisfied 100% 1. If 2000 sqft house is small for you I suggest looking and booking for bigger . This house was big for most of our guests 2. The request to heat the pool In advance was never received from you or any members of your group. When you arrived I provided a documentation, our message history, showing that I never was asked to preheat the pool. 3. I provided free jacuzzi time during your stay to make it even more comfortable and make you feel better for not messaging me and putting a request on time . 4. It was very disappointing for us to see this untruthful feedback. I already talked to VRBO and they are aware. Thank you for staying at Caloosa Palms Vacation House. We will continue to host our guests with greatest joy and believe that we will be blessed by many more guests.

Our favorite rental near Estero so far!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zamira's property. It was clean and was adequately stocked with kitchen items for cooking. Plenty of dishes for our family of 4 plus my parents who live in the area and came over for meals. The beds are memory foam and comfortable. The showers get nice and hot. Plenty of beach towels provided and there are some beach chairs/pool toys also available. Everyone also enjoyed having a pool table. The best part by far was the pool. This is our fourth year of renting a property during the winter months in this part of FL and a heated pool is a must. Well worth the extra charge. You do have to communicate with the host via text to turn the heater from the pool to the hot tub but she was always accommodating and responsive. There was a small misunderstanding about the check out time and she was also accommodating about that as well. Property is close to the airport, a publix, a costco and many dining options. We would rent there again.

Needs a lot of TLC !

Mixed neighborhood next to very busy highway and within the flight path of Ft Myers Airport...very noisy especially with the jets every 10-15 minutes. Kitchen fine: updated but with a dearth of utensils (no cork screw !). furniture and carpeting drab and worn. Unable to get NCAA men s games on the cable TV !!! toilet handle in 2nd bedroom broke the first day. Host committed to getting it fixed but did not follow up, Pool ok but the Lanai was very dirty and there were many weeds on the inside perimeter of it that were very unsightly . Whole outside perimeter of the pool / lanai needed a good power washing ! Disappointing !

Thomas we attempted to fix the toilet handle that got loose and tried coordinating it with you but did not hear back. The plumber got stuck in emergency and had to push it to another time. We also did not want to bother you extra time during your stay and waited to hear back if something was needed. We have been hosting for 2 + years and most of our guests were very thankful for everything we have done for them. We also tried to make it as relaxing as possible. Our location states that we are near airport 10 minutes and sorry that airplanes bothered you. As soon as other guests checked in after you they pushed the handle back and no fix for toilet handle was needed. We will be happy to have you back if you decide to come back . If not we still appreciate you and your time leaving this review.

The location, the size of the house, layout, house amenities such as space, layout, screened pool, spa and beautiful and well cared neighborhood are the things that attracted us to this Vacation Home. Another fact about the location is that it has easy access to different beaches such as FMB, Vanderbilt Beach Naples, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach and all are within short distance drive.
