Casa Artista! Stunning Well Appointed Zenith!

Casa Artiste is centrally located in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood of Old Town in one of the newest completed developments in Puerto Vallarta. Zenith is located within a 5 minute walk of the Malecon, Los Muertos Beach, exciting night life, fine dining, art galleries and shopping. Casa Artiste and Zenith offer 24 hour security a secured entrance with no steps or stairs to access the building or unit.

The condo features very modern amenities with everything you'll ever need for your home away from home. The king bed in the bedroom features a pillow top mattress for a restful night sleep after day exploring in the sun, and the attached ensuite bath ensures privacy and comfort for guests. The guest bath in the hall to the living room adds extra convenience and cuts time for couples to get ready for the beach!
The high ceilings in the open concept living area give the home a bright airy feel and the flow through out to the seating area on the balcony is a great place to enjoy a margarita and people watch.
The kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up great meals during your stay, or hire in one of our recommended private chefs. The living room features a pull-out bed from the couch that can accommodate a third and fourth guest, if needed, for a total of four guests maximum in the apartment.

Other things to note:
Pet Stays - For this home, we do permit one small, well behaved pet per booking during a guest stay. Guests must note the pet in their initial booking message so we can notify the building. The pet must be on a leash at all times passing through the lobbies, owners must clean up after and pets cannot disturb other building residents.

**Smoking Prohibited** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.

Guest of renters, Zenith permits renters to bring guests up to visit until 12 am at which time all unregistered guests must exit Zenith. No parties.
Pool & Gym open 9 am to 10 pm daily.
