BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! Welcome to our brand-new remodeled beach-themed home!
Our pristine and modern 2 bd/2 ba home has a private pool and dedicated workspace with a standing desk, ideal for remote work. Relax at the pool, under the 4 mature palm trees. Recline on the 5-seat oversized sectional and get blown away by the backlit 82" TV on the immersive 5.1.2 channel Dolby Atmos theater sound system. We also offer keyless entry with a 24/7 monitored security system for your safety and convenience.
MASTER: This home offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a beautiful view of the pool with private patio doors. The master also has a dedicated workspace with an electronic standing desk.
The master bathroom was newly remodeled with double sink vanity and a glass door shower with cobblestone flooring.
There is also a 65" smart tv in the master.
BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a personal reading light.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has an 82" smart tv and a comfortable reclining sectional. The tv is connected to a powerful surround sound system. An Apple TV is also available for use.
DINING: The dining area is right off the living room and has room for 6-7 guests.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Some inclusions: pots and pans, flatware, cups, plates, mugs, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cutting boards.
POOL: Private pool and patio in the backyard. We provide pool service and cleaning twice a week. Please note the pool is NOT heated.

Each room has dimmable lamps and charging cords for each side of the bed.
Each fan is equipped with a remote for easy use.
An echo has been left in the kitchen for your enjoyment.
All lights are able to be controlled through Alexa.
The home is secured by a Ring doorbell and Ring security system.
