Peaceful Private Waterfront Home

Immaculate contemporary year round home with 200’ of private waterfront on Clear Lake only minutes from downtown Alexandria Bay & Clayton. Newly constructed in 2017 with 16’ x 24’ floating dock on the pristine waters of Clear Lake. Gorgeous Kitchen with quartz counters, Kitchen Aid appliances, and quarter sawn Oak cabinetry. Stellar 2-bedroom, 2 bath home with open floor plan, cathedral ceiling, expansive windows, one of a kind staircase and a custom indoor gas fireplace. Large covered porch, gas grill, fire pit, and great fishing right off the dock. 55” 4K curved screen television with Bose surround sound in main living area, flat screen television with Bose surround in Queen bedroom, King sized bed in loft bedroom with additional full size futon sleeper. This home accommodates a maximum of 4 people. We all love a great party, but our home is kept to a firm maximum of 4 people. The home is exceptionally clean and in an incredibly quiet location. Far away from any busy roads, but only two miles to restaurants food & fuel. Small 2 person fishing boat with electric motor and canoe included with rental if desired. Kayak rentals can be delivered directly to your door! If you have your own boat, we will accommodate one guest boat up to 20' for a reasonable daily docking fee. There is a launch area nearby. Home has radiant floor heat, new air conditioning in 2025, gas stove, microwave, washer & dryer. We provide an amenity of Fresh Flowers, Fresh Fruit, Snacks, a Bottle of bubbly, complimentary Beers & 12 Bottled Waters with each rental. Watch the sunset from the porch, decompress from the hectic daily grind and get “clear” at this peaceful waterfront lake home. Welcome to Clarity Place!

The house was perfect sitting right on the lake with a fire pit. We could not have ask for a better stay. Our host was great, leaving numerous goodies for us upon our arrival and didn’t hesitate when we asked for dinner recommendations. Would definitely recommend this property and the overall area.

Just a little slice of Heaven is what I would call this place! Tranquil, peaceful and private. The home was immaculate and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Just perfect for the getaway we were looking for. It exceeded our expectation and made us smile just a little more. The convenience of lake life with a swim pad, two person boat and canoes. Sitting on the porch in the early morning listening to nature wake up was incredible. Spending the evening by the firepit with a clear night we got to see a full night of stars. The last early morning there was a full rainbow over the lake to give it a finale finish!

This space was clean, accurate as listed, and an overall hidden gem! the location is perfect. Right on the water, but a short drive from popular tourist spots. Definitely would recommend.

From the moment we walked in, this property was far beyond the norm in every way. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable—every detail inside was top-notch and made us feel instantly at home.The outside, though, was something truly special—like a scene straight out of On Golden Pond. Peaceful, picturesque, and filled with natural beauty. Relaxing Getaway

My family and I stayed here for a four day weekend and could not say enough great things about the home, the lake and the communication from the owner, Ken. He had fantastic recommendations and went out of his way to make our trip perfect and our celebrations extra special. We enjoyed all the wildlife and the fishing is excellent. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Great place!

We loved our stay! The house/property were fantastic, and the owners were wonderfully communicative. We brought our standup paddle-boards and had a great time exploring the lake. Beavers, loons, turtles, and ducks swam by every day!

The house is amazing. The hosts were super sweet. I unfortunately couldn't get there at my original checkin date and they were super understanding and offered me some extra time at the property. They left ma a delicious treat in the fridge to brighten my day because they knew i was upset having to cut my stay there short. The fruit basket and beverage left as a welcoming were delicious. Best part of waking up was having my morning coffee by the lake. Its a nice piece of paradise and itsnice the host is willing to share it with us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be going back next year.

Best Relaxing Vacation

This was our best vacation yet! Everything was perfect from booking to check in and out. The home was even better than the photos! The home was clean, well maintained and everything about it was perfect. The owners were extremely kind leaving us flowers and a few other goods and any questions were answered quickly. Wonderful lake home!

The home was so clean and comfortable! Communication with the host was amazing. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and fruit. A beautiful bottle of wine was left for us! The hosts literally have thought of everything for a comfortable stay! Our teen granddaughter had the time of her life fishing in the beautiful lake along with her grandpa! We did not want to leave and are already talking of our hopes for another trip there! Beautiful home, beautiful lake; and hosts that we can not say enough good things about!

You Won't Be Disapponted at Clarity Place!!

If you are looking for a place with amazing lake views, quiet, and good fishing then look no further. My family and I enjoyed our stay! Wish it could of been longer! The extra touches they put into things was appreciated and have not experienced at any other rental. Perfect stay right on the water

This home was beautiful and a perfect location for a summer vacation with my family. Communication with Ken was easy and prompt and he provided all information needed to make sure we were prepared for our stay! Accommodations were above and beyond with snacks and drinks provided as well. Nothing beat waking up with the lake right outside the front door! Definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Peaceful Clarity

We had a fantastic time staying at Clarity on C lear Lake. We stayed for a week and visited the 1000 Islands area on the St. Lawrence Seaway. Alexandria is a close 15 minute drive to get a boat tour. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is so beautiful to just relax and look out over the lake. My family enjoyed taking out the canoe and the small boat as well. We absolutely would come and stay here again. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating.

Amazing lake house trip with family

There are not enough positive things I can say about this house and the hosts. My kids had the best time fishing, canoeing, swimming, and roasting marshmallows by the fire. We spent every moment outside! The hosts were extremely communicative and kind, and made the stay that much better. Highly recommend!

Hello and thanks for considering our property. We are a small tightly knit family from the capital district area of New York. As we begin to posture for retirement we are back and forth between homes and this opens some opportunities for property rentals at our lake house. We have extensive careers in the hospitality industry so your peace and comfort are always important to us. Please see our reviews! We have been a host family for foreign exchange students and LPGA players throughout our years, so hospitality runs deep in our veins. We are hopeful that you choose to stay with us.

You will find our home to be very peaceful and private. Many lake homes and river homes are tightly packed next to each other with very little space between. Our lake home offers 200 feet of frontage, with the nearest neighbor over 300 feet away, with natural wooded partitions. The home is only 7 years old, impeccably kept, with a contemporary but cozy feel. The lake is small, so the water is warm, and the conditions are almost always very calm. The lake contains Northern Pike, Walleye, Bass, Sunfish & Perch and the fishing is very good. A small 2 person fishing boat with electric motor is available as well as a canoe for those that may want to venture out on the water. If you have your own boat we can accommodate vessels up to 22 feet in length for a reasonable daily docking fee. There is a launce site less than a mile away, and the water at the dock is between 3-4 feet deep. We provide a "Welcome Amenity" with each rental including fresh cut flowers, Fresh Fruit, Assorted Snacks, a bottle of bubbly, a six pack of beer & some bottled waters. We purchased the home specifically because of its peaceful setting, and it has not failed us in that regard. Bring a book, bring your guitar, bring whatever helps you decompress, and get ready to "Get Clear" at Clear Lake! We look forward to hosting you!
