SPRING SPECIALS! Relaxing River Oasis & Dock

Come relax with us. If you enjoy a quaint neighborhood, walking, biking, trails, golfing, tennis, fishing, boating, soaking up some rays, signature drinks and dining (T.I. Club) within walking distance then this is the place for you. Accessible via the Thousand Island bridge is our townhome we'd like to share with you on Tennis Island. T.I. Park is a 10 drive with a beautiful playground area, ice cream and a restaurant. With some planning, you may never have to leave the Island for the week!

The space
Driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably - more parking available if needed.
Garage to store your bikes, paddles and strollers.
A few steps to enter into the home.
First floor has a full kitchen, bar seating, dining room, living room and a 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer. Large deck off of the dining and living room with a small gate at the stairs that lead down to the lawn with dock to the left.
2nd floor has 2 large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with a full bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub and standing shower. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and full bath with shower only.
Lower level/Bonus room has 2 queen beds, a desk and sitting area. There is no bathroom on this level. Closest bathroom is at the top of the stairs on the first level.
BRAND NEW Beautiful Dock - there is a shared fixed dock off of the fixed dock is your personal floating dock - easily fit a 35-40ft boat.

We have 3 kayaks & a small row boat for use at your own risk.

Other things to note
There is no toilet on the Lower level. Guests from your party that are staying on the lower level will have to use the bathroom on the first floor and shower on the 2nd floor. The lower level can be a great space for children!

Really great property. Dock was perfect for our 25'. Home and rooms are super spacious - pictures don't do them justice. Can't beat location by boat.

Great place to stay near Alexandria Bay

Me and two buddies stayed here for a 6 day fishing trip, it had everything we needed, nice dock for my boat, large bedrooms, everything was clean, good communication with owner.

Perfect spot for a 4 day fishing trip with my father and uncle. We launched our boats from Dewolf Point State Park and the water ride compared to the drive time was close which made things easier. The house was perfect. It was clean, everything we needed was there, and perfect amount of space for 4 adults.Our host was very nice, super accommodating and her communication was on point. We’ll be back for more fishing for sure. Thank you!

Tennis Island Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s was very clean and the amenities were perfect. Great sleeping accommodations that were private but also the open areas were great for gathering. Lovely views from both decks. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with Emily was outstanding and helpful.

Great time & beautiful place!

Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! The cottage was beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. We brought our boat and our jet skis and the dock also had more than enough room. Communication was also A+. Great place!!

Great Time!

The house was perfect for our short trip. The house accommodates 8 people comfortably. The dock was newly done and fit our two boats without issue. The host sent out everything you will need prior to arrival and was quick to respond the day of.

Thousand Island getaway week

The rental process and check-in were very easy and the pictures and description were accurate. The owner responded quickly to our request and with any follow-up communications. Very nice sized rooms, bedrooms and deck. Great location on Tennis Island, just off Wellesley Island. The place is very special due to the nice views of the Boldt Boat House and river and its peaceful location Golfing, boating, kayaking dining, etc. are all within walking distance. Nice place to walk and bike due to quiet and not heavily travelled neighborhood. We were a group of 5 adults and were quite comfortable. Would stay again and definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time. This was a special trip for my mom who grew up on the river, and this property was perfect for the whole family. Kids loved it and adults loved it!

Great Place!

Everything was great. Loved the location and proximity to Yacht House and Boldt Castle. We had mostly rain so didn't get to take advantage of kayaks, which is easy access to the Castle views. or use the outdoor space which was inviting. Certainly recommend. Beds were comfy and this place has everything you need! We had a nice short getaway.

1000 Islands is a lovely vacation destination!

There were 5 adults in our party so the accommodations provided plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially enjoyed the large deck that faces Boldt Yacht Club and wetlands. We ate dinner in a couple of nights and it was convenient having the grill to cook on and a large dining table to eat at. The house is bright and sunny and contained pretty much everything we needed. The only downside to the place we found was with that with three large bedrooms there are only two full baths. Another full bath downstairs would have been nice but we made do. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Lovely stay, a place to come back to.

The view was lovely especially from the porch which was wonderful, very comfortable and where we spent most of our time. Only complaint was that the lower level room was bitter cold.

A Very Nice Place

This is a wonderful place to stay for a maximum of 6 guests...any more than that and it would be a little too cozy. The view is great...easy access for kayaking. The decks are spacious and great to sit on to enjoy the outdoors. Kitchen is a little small, but very functional and well equipped. Note that there is no bathroom on the bottom floor, so whoever sleeps on that level will have to come up the stairs to the middle floor to use the bathroom. Driveway is long and can accommodate several cars. Note that there is no cable TV or DVD Player there...there is a large TV for streaming, using your own accounts. There is a great Weber Grill on the deck for any grilling. Communicating with the owner is very easy, and she is a very nice person who is ready to help.

Tennis Island

The townhouse was very pretty in a very quiet area. We sat on the deck watching the river and birds. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive to all our questions. Would recommend.
