Stunning views of the gulf from this quaint condo! Cooled by central air conditioning and ceiling fans, this condo's ready to be your personal base for relaxation. The main bedroom is right by the front door, so you can sink into bed after your long flight to the Sunshine State. The bedroom includes a private entrance to the bathroom, which features a shower/tub combination. The hallway bunk beds (each with their own individual reading light) are ideal for younger guests or adults. Also a bonus sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep up to 2 adults. Cook up breakfast in the full kitchen with views of the gulf! In addition to the beach, guests have access to a beautiful shared outdoor pool and hot tub for the perfect beach experience.

What's nearby:
Guests will be surrounded by many local restaurants serving local seafood, including Montego Bay Seafood House & Oyster Bar and Firefly (both just under two miles away). Check out Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants, just over six miles away! Zoo World Zoological Park offers opportunities to get up close and personal with animals just under two miles from this condo.

Labor Day getaway

Great vacation spot

Awesome view of the beach and ocean. Beach was never crowded considering all the units. Pool was very nice and well kept. Walmart is less than a mile. The unit itself was very, very nice. Bedroom was comfortable. Kitchen is tight quarters, but functional and nice countertops. We will stay here again.

Great property filled with extras including beach chairs, cleaning supplies, bathroom items, and so much more. Really convenient to town and walking distance from great places to eat. You truly never have to get in the car. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect location & relaxing atmosphere

Perfect location. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Security/staff are very vigilant. Under the Boardwalk Bar/Grill had great burgers & Nice area for sunset drinks to unwind. Close drive to local restaurants and attractions. Condo was exactly as advertised. Nice and quiet so we were able to relax and sleep well at night Recommend and would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had the best 1st vacation with just us 4 this year(my husband two children 6&5 and myself) we normally come down with my parents and siblings every year, this year was different but we had a blast!! Definitely one for the books! PCB will forever have my heart!!!

Clean and Pretty Unit

This is the 4th unit we’ve stayed in at boardwalk. The unit upon entry was very clean and very nice. It has spectacular views. Almost everyday of our stay we were able to watch dolphins in the water from the balcony. Few downfall aspects of the unit - I understand it being on the 22nd floor however drapes/blinds would be nice on the balcony door. We had 2 sets of mosey neighbors who kept leaning over the balcony to look in. Also make it’s hard for those who are sleeping in the bunks to not be woken up at sunrise. The kitchen cookware is lacking if you’re not one to eat out all the time. The location of the unit/bedroom makes for a very noisy stay. The bedroom is located at the front door right next to the elevators/main hall. Bring ear plugs as it was extremely noisy everynight.

Beautiful view and beach!

This unit is very nice, lovely beach decor and comfortable furniture. Amazing view from the balcony. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need When the TV jammed up, we called and went to the beach, returned and it was fixed. Two small drawbacks. The bed is a queen and squeaky and uncomfortable. Whomever does the cleaning here, needs to actually mop the floors. They are dark so you don’t see the dirt, but one wet wipe will show how dirty they are. The building is nice with great pool staff, security, and a place to grab drinks or a bite.

Family Vacation

The room was very clean and a great view from the 22nd floor. If you like a hard/firm bed you could definitely sleep on the bed/bunk beds. The shower did not drain very well, we had a bad smell in our room for a few days when you opened the door, the washer and dryer has what i believe to be mold, and there was no air pump in the room to blow up the pull out coach bed (was jot advised to bring one with us but didnt know it was an air mattress on the pull out) The kitchen is very small cant open the oven all the way. We didnt like you couldnt have a radio or something playing at the pool and the kids cant have anything in the pool to play with so to say it was a little boring some kids (I have a 6 year old)

Nice stay, one issue

It’s been almost a year since we stayed and I’m just now getting around to leaving a review but I felt I should still voice our experience. CAUTION if you have little ones, you can see in the picture the top bunk has no railing, my 5 year old was so excited to sleep in the top bunk and while I was reluctant I gave in and let him sleep up top since he doesn’t normally move around much while sleeping. He did end up falling and we spent our first night in the ER, thank goodness he only suffered a concussion and a few bruises and recovered quickly to enjoy the rest of our week. The place could have been a little cleaner on arrival and despite that first night we had a nice stay, please install a railing if it has not already been done!

My vaca condo experience

I did not report any of these issues while we were there because I didn't want to waste my valuable vaca time waiting for stuff to be repaired/replaced and/or cleaned. Owner and/or manager should REALLY look into a new cleaning service as the ones who are doing it now clearly aren't doing it like they shwould. Numerous lights out. A significant amount of the decor was broken and/or just needs to be replaced. The mattress was so uncomfortable we slept on the pull out sofa bed instead. Area rug is rolled up on edges and a fall hazard. This unit needs some TLC, still pissed that we paid as much as we did. Gorgeous view from the balcony and the elevators were in point.

I loved this condo!!! I would love to communicate with the owners also. They had a few things there that I wanted to know where they purchased the items that they had for us to use. She had everything almost that I really didnt have to even bring that would have save so much room for me in my vehicle! She had spices, oils, Crock-Pot bags, Crock-Pot, dish soap, trash bags, tissue paper, towels, lots of beach chairs everywhere, coolers, you name it, it was there. I brought everything with me. Had I'd known that they had all of this already there, thatq would have been the bomb! She had almost the perfect amount of larger pots baking pans and bowls. I cook for a big family and huge portions. The ac unit was so great! We never got hot while I cooked. I had brought a good cleaner with me and cleaned things before and after my stay. all but, mopping because I knew the housekeepers would clean it anyways. But, I want to thank the owners for having all of extras by making me feel really loved and at HOME!! I highly recommend this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a last minute booking, and the woman who helped me was nothing short of amazing! The condo was absolutely beautiful! We felt like we were the first family to stay there, it was immaculate! There were so many warm and welcoming touches, and the entire condo was completely stocked with everything you would ever need! The blender and coffee maker were so nice! All of the little touches really saved us time and money! The pool and beach and VIEW were magnificent! I loved that there were beach chairs and coolers in the closet. The elevators and security were excellent. The location of the condo was perfect!! Close enough, but far enough! Our room was right by the elevators, which was super convenient. The furniture, blankets, outdoor patio set...all great!The only negatives were: the sofa bed and the bedroom mattress were both very uncomfortable. :( The towels in the bathroom need replacing. The washer was mildewy and a bit rusted. Other than that, this was a beautiful, clean, and welcoming home and we absolutely loved it! :)P.S. No golf cart parking on premises. :( But otherwise, parking was a breeze!

Perfect condo that I’ll miss!

I absolutely loved this condo! Not only was it exactly what we were looking for… it was in a great location near everything we wanted. The place had a great bar & the friendliest staff. We will definitely be back here! One thing I will say is that the room had a small smoke smell but it didn’t bother us… just a warning because I saw the same comment in other reviews. A 10/10… we miss it already!

exactly as advertised

i’ve stayed at this location twice and both times were consistent. it wasn’t the cleanest place i’ve ever stayed (little things, nothing major) but i was overall happy with the condition of the unit and the building.
