Nice location, dirty room.

Nice location, 5-10 minutes away from pretty much everything. Pool and tiki bar was wonderful. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. But the couches were covered in stains/food and hairs(looked like it hadn’t been cleaned). Bedroom one had dried blood on the comforter and box spring. Bedroom two the comforter was covered in what looked like dog hairs and white sticky places all over it. So neither comforter in the bedrooms had been washed prior to us coming.

Beautiful site to stay. Was not expecting some of the little prob

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the Condo and the staff we did meet were all so kind and. A few problems. We were told there would be a Keurig, there was not. We had to buy one. Not enough toilet paper. We had to buy more. The electric outlets in master bedroom did not work. Only one washrag for 5 days. However, these are small problems for the price. We will come back.

Dirty condo in a great location

We really liked the location and convenience of being directly on the beach. We would consider coming back if the place had not been so dirty. Both couches and all the chair cushions had stains on them. The carpet was dirty. The showers still had hair in it. The fridge and appliances were in disrepair. One of the closet doors was falling off. The place really needs some TLC. Staff was very friendly, just seems like the owners put the bare minimum into it.

The condo was great but the tiki bar has a very loud air conditioner that ran from 10:30am to 11:00pm right in front of balcony. You could not hear the ocean waves or anything. This honestly is the only complaint. Staff was perfect as everything else. I recommend the Boardwalk

Short vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first experience renting this location but will not be the last. We liked the guards checking everyone at entrance and were impressed with the security guards at pools. The rooms were very clean and beautiful places to stay. We loved the ocean view from the balcony looking out at the ocean. Everything went exactly as we were told it would be. It was very quiet and peaceful at night and daytime also..
