My daughter and myself, we visit the area several times a year as my nephew lives across the street on the corner. We cruise from this area! Condo was excellent, clean, and decorated professionally! Will definatley stay again if available. Highly recommend! Condo staff was friendly and courteous! Easy access to everything!

Great location

Property was clean, this is important to me. Communication with the manager was great, fast, friendly and easy. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the supplies that we needed. Trader Joes was across the street and really good cafes and restaurants are close by. Would definitely try to stay at this property again.

Great midtown Miami condo

Great condo and location!!! We booked this condo for the Taylor Swift concert, but stayed several days. We went all over Miami and to the Keys one day as well. There were 4 of us and it was so perfect. The building and condo itself are exactly as pictured. Very safe. Condo itself was very well equipped and very clean. The neighborhood cannot be beat. Walking distance to Trader Joe’s and target to grab essentials. Plus TONS of neat restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. We rented a car and used the parking spot assigned to the condo. It was an additional cost but that was posted in the listing. Marvin the host was very responsive and easy to get hold of. Highly recommend this condo and location!!!

Great location!

After a couple small hiccups during check-in, the stay was great. The hosts are extremely responsive, it is a very clean, well quipped condo in an excellent location with a wonderful balcony. Everything you need is within walking distance.

This property was extremely clean, perfect location to shops and restaurants. Check in went smoothly and felt very safe. Front desk staff wete always friendly and willing to help. The property host was fantastic and always replied roght away to any questions I had. I will stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Midblock Condo

My husband and I and a friend totally enjoyed our stay at this midtown condo. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, Trader Joe’s (across the street) and Target. Marvin was very responsive to any questions we had. Probably the only omission on the online listing were details about parking. We loved spending of time on the deck. That being said, we would stay there again!

Loved, loved, loved!

Condo was true to pictures and more. Loved the balcony with just enough view on the bay, the pool with a luxurious lounging area, walking distance to Trader Joes where we could get all we needed to make classy meals with good kitchen cookware. Marvin responded quickly to questions. Renting a parking space was well worth it as area can get really congested. Overall we loved our stay.

Amazing stay

I had an amazing stay at Midblock 1017! The place was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. The host was super friendly and responsive, making the experience seamless. The location was perfect for exploring Miami Beach, restaurants, and nightlife! The amenities offered at Midblock 1017 were also noteworthy. From a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like quality toiletries and comfortable bedding, every detail contributed to a memorable experience. It was evident that the host prioritizes the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. I highly recommend it and would love to stay again!

21st birthday in Miami

Clean, comfortable and convenient, with an amazing view from the porch. We enjoyed being able to Walk to nearby delicious, although pricey, restaurants, the design district and Wynnwood walls. With Trader Joe’s across the street we were able to get needed supplies easily. We recommend this listing!

Everything about our stay was perfect! This condo was well maintained, and the owner was very accommodating. We had a beautiful view of midtown from the 10th floor and were within walking distance to some great restaurants!

Miami Escape

We had a wonderful time in Miami. The place had 24 hour security and I felt safe the entire time. There was a Starbucks and a Trader Joe’s on the block so we were set with all our provisions! I would recommend this place to our friends. The host was very quick to respond to us!

Great location with awesome views

This place was great, the 10th floor condo was chic and spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable and besides living room, having TVs in each bedroom was a big plus for me. The view from the balcony is just awesome and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing at night. The location in midtown was perfect and easy to get to anywhere in the city. Just be aware that while the host provides a coffeemaker, you will need to provide your own coffee and coffee condiments -- that was the only disappointing thing we encountered but otherwise we had a great stay!

Great location!

Fantastic location! Walk to stores, coffee, restaurants, etc. Absolutely perfect for our pre-cruise stay. We ran into a snag with the washer and Marvin was immediately available to remedy the situation. We very much appreciate his quick responses and willingness to make everything right. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the people/dogs come and go. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Emplacement idéal

Superbe propriété et à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Épicerie à quelques pas du condo. Le propriétaire Marvin était gentil et facile à rejoindre. Je recommande définitivement ce condo et je prévois y séjourner à nouveau lors de ma prochaine croisière.

Short trip before cruise

This is a perfect place before a cruise, to enjoy Miami. The only problem was the information was clear concerning the key fobs. We were told there are two keys for this condo. When we got there, there were two seperate keys hanging up. What was explained was there was a key for the condo and a key for the garage. We left our condo thinking we had key to the condo but it was actually the key to garage and had to pay $50.00 to get back into the condo. As we were leaving the cleaning crew, demonstrated that there was actually two keys to the condo and two to the garage. Both keys were back to back in the key holder. This could have been avoided. Other than this, the owner responded immediately to whatever questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Shopping and food was in walking distance.
