Esta unidad piso 16 es un cómodo 2 dormitorios y 2 baños condominio frente al mar ubicado en la parte de Miami Beach se conoce como 'Mid-Beach'. El edificio está situado entre la playa de Playa Norte y del Sur por lo que es un lugar perfecto para aquellos que desean una playa menos concurrida pero lo suficientemente cerca para ir de compras y la vida nocturna.



La suite principal está amueblado con una cama king size, televisión de pantalla plana y baño completo. Cuarto de invitados está amueblado con una (doble) cama de matrimonio. Un Frontgate EZ constante cama Comfort inflable tamaño queen está disponible para fiestas de más de 4 personas. Vistas directas al mar se pueden disfrutar desde la terraza privada, dormitorio principal y sala de estar / comedor.

El condominio está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar y ha de dormir alojamiento para hasta seis personas (4 adultos máximo). Ropa de cama, se proporcionan playa. Una que funciona con monedas de lavandería en cada planta del edificio.

Hay un gimnasio bien equipado y situado en la planta principal que está disponible para uso de los huéspedes, así como una zona de picnic al aire libre de hierba para su disfrute. Sillas de playa se suministran en la unidad. Sillas de la sala también están disponibles en préstamo en el acceso a la playa para aquellos que no deseen tote sillas para la playa.

The condo was perfect for us. Plenty big for 2 people, absolutely perfect location for going to beach daily. Clean and safe. The balcony overlooking the ocean and beach, straight on, really made the trip the relaxing, rejuvenating, grounding get away that was much needed.

Beautiful views

Came with my friend for a girls getaway and the apartment was perfect for 2 ppl. Views were gorgeous and 2 minute walk to the beach.

Great view of the ocean. The beach and ocean walk are amazing.

The condo is roomy and comfortable. Most amenities are provided. The view and proximity to the ocean are exactly what we wanted. I feel the condo is due for some sprucing up. We had a very relaxing stay.

Great Location

The location is close enough to everything. This portion of the beach is more peaceful in my opinion, more peaceful than south beach. Condo was clean and well equipped. The view from the room is beautiful. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Instacart is available for groceries.

Perfect Beach Location to See It All

I enjoyed my stay at this property. We usually stay in south beach, but wanted a new experience. This area of the beach is much quieter. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and a great help. I’ve already booked our next stay. The high story view is spectacular.

Amazing view!

We had a great week staying here. There is renovation work going on in the corridors, but the apartment itself was lovely and very well equipped. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little worn, but everything was really clean and we felt very comfortable. The view cannot be beaten and I loved hearing the sound of the ocean. The pool area is lovely and there is direct access to the beach with plenty of sun loungers available. The owners were excellent before and during our stay.

This is a great location between north beach and south beach with plenty to go out and see. While there are not shops and restaurants within a short walk, there is a free trolly that picks up out front. I wish this review were based on our actual accommodations and not the result of guest planning. Lots of our guests plan incredible vacations with this location as the homebase.

Great place

The view and condo was absolutely amazing. The condo has very strict rules when it comes to doing anything. The staff is very friendly. We had an issue one morning we woke up to security and maintenance in the kitchen because the room below us had water leaking from the ceiling. We had no water on the floor in our bathroom. The condo and beach area is very family oriented.

Worth It

Building is old, built in 1968, so has wear. However, the ocean view from the unit is amazing! And it was so great to be right on the beach, and that the building has chairs for use there. Free valet parking was a major plus. Hopefully, the building relaxes the mask policy and their restrictions on # of people in gym soon. I would definitely book this place again.

Awesome property and location!

My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks in January and we couldn’t be more pleased. Great location and great views. There was a small glitch with the wi-fi when we first arrived, but Chris the owner took immediate action and made sure it was resolved immediately. Great customer service! The condo has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It was quiet, clean and the people around the complex were all very welcoming! We have stayed in over 10 different hotels and VBRO’s in Miami over the years, and this one was the best by far! We will be returning next year for sure! It was a wonderful stay! Thank you, Joe

We arrived late due to airport delays.when we got to location,we followed late arrival instructions. Maxine never showed up.instead we followed instructions to open lock box for keys. As i was trying to open box the security guard threatened to call cops. Never once did he ask who i was. I had to explain the lock box was broken.the security guard couldn't open box either.The lady at the front desk figured out we were guests,after speaking with Chris on phone several times we were assured the manager would get key to let us in.Well several hours went by someone came down with key to open door.we were told can't get a key till the morning. I was told to leave door unlocked if we had to leave. Needing to run to store for groceries,i had no other choice.When we got to room the smell of must was terrible.i left a/c on thinking the smell would go away. Got back to room 1 hour later,the smell was worse.I had no choice but to stay because was late.In the morning we both woke up with terrible headaches. Our sinuses were all stuffed up,our luggage and clothes had that terrible smell. I called Chris to inform him of this.He got upset,and told me to call vrbo,and hung up phone on me! Very rude. I called vrbo to inform them to what happened. The owners lied to vrbo and stated i swore at Chris, and that was the reason he hung up. Then when i read their response one of their comments was that they hesitated to rent to me because of my online name. Mrbad...very ignorant. Rented elsewhere

Per building security, Mr. Bad (Not the guest's real name- his alias) was found by security banging the lockbox very aggressively. When security approached, he was rude and uncooperative. Security warned they would call the cops. When Mr. Bad identified himself as a guest, security stepped in to help, call the office, and get a key within the hour. They were told they'd receive their own key first thing in the morning. Someone would have to let them in again if they left that night. We have never had the lockbox stick, but unfortunately, there's a first time for everything. We were never afforded time to make things right, but will not allow building staff or ourselves to be treated disrespectfully. The building AC was reset earlier in the week following another guest stay. This shuts of individual AC in each unit. In hot climates the AC should be on all the time or windows/doors open. After a couple days it can get stuffy. The cleaner always leaves the AC on between stays. Occasionally, a reset happens. VRBO knows us to be helpful and responsible hosts and supported us.

Wonderful View

The condo was located on the 16th floor with a wonderful view of the Atlantic and mid-Miami beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for basic cooking. The master shower was not very nice though...clogged drain and old style converted tub. The hall stand alone shower however was very nice and drained well. The check in process was difficult...couldn't reach the property representative to let us in...was frustrating for an hour or so....but then we got in. The last day of our trip the air conditioning was shut off for repairs and it got really hot in our unit. So all in all, very nice location, terrific view, really nice walking path access to Miami beach.

In the past, we required guests to call/text the on-site agent upon flight arrival or an hour before arrival. This is to eliminate wait time for both the guest and our agent. Now, we have switched to a lockbox where guests can retrieve the keys themselves at the on-site office.

Loved our stay!!

We stayed here in early April. The condo was clean and beautiful! Loved being right on the beach. The sunrises were spectacular!! We took advantage of the free trolley and rode it to South Beach. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Clean condo in an excellent location

I had a great experience and would love to return again. The condo was clean and well stocked. Plenty of sheets, towels, and beach towels. The kitchen had fairly good pots and pans, a nice set of dishes, and just about everything you could need for cooking. The beds were very comfortable. And the best part is the view! Beautiful view of the ocean! On mild nights, I slept with the windows open and listened to the ocean all night. The condo building was very nice. The lobby is renovated, and they are working on the rest of the building. The pool was closed when I visited, but it didn't bother me. There is excellent security throughout the building. I always felt safe. The beach has an attendant who provides free lounge chairs for guests to use. Valet staff was also very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is great too - mostly condos, but some wonderful restaurants too, including Cafe Bernie right across the street. There is little to no cell reception in the condo, but it was easy to connect to their internet and use wi-fi calling. Internet worked great for the entire visit. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I look forward to coming back!

Beautiful beach views!

Overall the condo is located right on Miami Beach and the promenade, with beautiful views. The building itself could use some updates, but the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for repair. There are some restaurants close by, but you will most likely need a car for groceries, altho mass transit is right outside. Overall, the condo is spacious, however, the second bedroom is very small, more accommodating for one person or a child. We did not use the blow-up mattress. The condo itself is clean but slightly worn. Some items should just be discarded/replaced and shades definitely should be replaced, especially, if folks use the mattress in the living room. Again, the location is wonderful for folks who enjoy the beach or enjoy walking and exploring.

Closures and renovations are a part of a state mandated 40 year rennovation which all beachside properties have to comply with. We advertise any planned closures ahead of time and offer guests accommodations at nearby hotels/condos on the beach.

Nice unit excellent location!

This unit is in a nice area of mid-beach. Valet parking is required but comes with the reservation. The building is secure and the security staff friendly. The unit is ocean front and has a large balcony and big windows in the living room and master bedroom. The guest bath, guest bedroom, and kitchen have been remodeled. The unit is stocked with lots of things like coffee maker, blender, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The master bathroom is dated but functional. The beach is great and only steps away. The owners and manager were easy to contact and always answered any questions. Check in was easy and I would recommend this unit to anyone seeking a quiet, clean condo. Can't wait to go back!

Thanks for being such a great guest. I'm so thrilled to see that you have already booked a return stay. I'm hopeful that we can get around to remodeling the master bathroom in 2022. It's dated but clean and we realize we must move up a few decades :). We look forward to hosting you again soon.

A really nice place to stay on the beach Beautiful view and close to every thing.

If I return to Miami Beach...I would definitely stay here again.

We are part-time snowbirds from Maine who have been vacationing in Miami for the past ten years. We decided to purchase another rental unit both as an investment and for our family's use. We enjoy the exploring all around South Florida and use Miami as our base.

Great investment opportunity. The views are really spectacular and the location is ideal. It is close enough to South Beach for easy access to explore but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We enjoy being able to take a long walk down the beach and e able to stop and enjoy all the great restaurants in the 6000 Block. There's a large park and play ground a short walk down the beach that our kids enjoy meeting other kids for a little fun.

The views at this location are wonderful and the beach never seems to be crowded. It is a very relaxed portion of the beach.
