Beautiful villa on the gated High Grove Resort.
4 Bed, 3 bath on luxury gated community, a vacation home with pool & spa just minutes from Disney World.
We offer a very clean home with Disney themed things all over the house for your enjoyment!
The home is complete with 1 king bed master with en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed & single bed with en-suite bathroom and a “Jack and Jill” bathroom for the 2 bedrooms with each a queen & a twin size bed to share.
Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster.
The game room has AC, a pool table and gaming console for your enjoyment.
Free secured wireless internet for you to use.
The home features a rear covered lanai and large paver deck, that surrounds the pool and spa. (Extra charge for pool/spa heat.)
We have alarms on all doors to the pool for the safety of the young ones.
High grove community also offers a large clubhouse with a very large pool, a spa, exercise room, mini golf, playground, game room, computers and friendly staff to answer any questions you might have.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, you will have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Family Trip

My family enjoyed the time spent here. The pool and spa was nice to use after the long park days. Lynn was very responsive with any requests we had during out stay. We will definitely be looking to stay again.

Amazing location

Absolutely amazing location, whenever we stay in Orlando, we always stay at high grove. The house was your standard 4 bed single story high grove house. My only criticism would be there is far too many Mickey stickers in the property. The owner just needs to find the right balance. Other than that, checkin was a breeze and we left a happy family after two weeks.

Wonderful Stay!!

Beautiful home with a nice pool and hot tub. Pay for the heat. Having the hot tub at night after long days was amazing. Communication with owners was great. My son whos 6 loved the house and always wanted to get home to the Mickey House as he called it. The home was very clean and very spacious. Location was close to tons of restaurants and grocery stores. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed at this home for 5 weeks in Feb/Mar and we had a wonderful time. Lynn, the property manager and her team Ed & Dave did a great job hosting us. First, there was strong communication with the team....When a message was sent to Lynn, she was very quick to respond with answers to our questions. If there was an issue, it was resolved immediately by Dave and/or Ed. Just a wonderful experience with this team. The area is nice a quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. We are early golfers so we certainly appreciated the quietness in the evenings. The neighbour is very close to all amenities. The home is well stocked with bed linens and towels. Lots of glassware, cutlery and plates, etc. The only thing I would recommend a couple more large serving bowls as there was only one that I found. Overall a great experience and thank you for a wonderful time!

Perfect Balance to the busy theme parks

This home is located in a quiet , tucked away gated community. We enjoyed staying at this peaceful property. After full days at the theme parks, it was really great to come home to a quiet community. Property is as pictured and described. Property manager was responsive. Lots of room for our family of 7.

Cute Disney house

This was the cutest vacation home we have ever stayed in. If you are going to Disney your kids will love it. It was very clean. The pool was great. We stayed in June and did not get the pool heat. The pool definitely felt great in the hot temperatures. The pool was clean. There were some small things like getting the TV to work in the bedrooms but that could have been user error. We didn't watch much TV anyway. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans. The toaster put Mickey mouse on the toast. They also have a Mickey sandwich maker. Bring your own hand soap for the bathrooms as none was provided. There were dish towels but not a dish cloth to wash anything by hand or wipe tables. So bring your own. There is one roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, one roll paper towels and one dish washing tablet to run the dish washer upon leaving. There was a high chair and a playpen. Plenty of bath towels. We were 25 minutes from Magic Kingdom. 40 minutes from Legoland/Peppa Pig. One and a half hours away from Cocoa Beach (Bring money for parking-$5 an hour-plus about 6 tolls). One hour from the worlds largest McDonald's. We had a great vacation. Lynn was very responsive. The pictures don't even show how adorable this rental is. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

This was a nice clean place. Conveniently located. Only complaint was the furniture..could definitely use more comfy pieces to sit on.

Overall great stay

Overall good stay minor issues, such as dead batteries in remotes. You will be expected to start a load of laundry on departure so even if you don’t plan on doing laundry of you own you must purchase laundry detergent. Be sure to check under beds at check in our child lost shoe so while looking under bed we found all kinds of garbage (fake nails, water bottle hair beads, 4 empty cans of beer) some one which was found in rooms no one slept in. We chose to clean it due to not wanting to get charge in case the cleaner decided to clean under the beds this time. Pool area was nice and relaxing, quite neighborhood. Property manager was ALWAYS quick to respond. Would definitely stay agin.

Disney 2022 - Making Family Memories

Adorable place

The house was so cute - very Disney themed! But the washer smelled like mildew so bad and so did our bedding. There was no wash cloths - we had to buy our own. Very minimal supplies but that’s usual with Vrbo but no wash cloths was strange. Pool and hot tub were great. we liked how close it was to Disney property. Also in the game room there was games but no cords to connect the controllers to the gaming console (to charge them) There was Nintendo wii games but no wii console.

Great place to stay!

Our family loved our time staying here. The decorations are so cute and make you feel like you're still at Disney. The pool was great, kitchen had everything we needed. The location was good too. It only took us about 15 minutes to get to the parks each day. My only complaints are the king bed (very lumpy please get a new mattress!) And the washer had a mildew smell that stayed with our clothes. But overall we loved our time here! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great vacation experience

Very nice area and very nice vacation home. It just needs a little more cleaning. The bathrooms were not too cleaned. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.

We all loved this place!

This was an amazing experience for us. This place was so clean and just amazing. Beds were very comfy. The pool and hot were great. The owner was so quick to respond to anything we needed. So helpful with everything. I highly recommend for a family getaway!

Fabulous house!

We especially loved having a whole house to ourselves, with the private pool and hot tube. The yard people accidentally cut the hot tub cord, and they got it fixed as fast as possible, reimbursing me for the 2 days it was out. About a 25 minute ride to all the Disney properties. There was minimal provided, so you must provide everything but the beginning roll of tp and a single roll of hand towel. I found that a bit unusual to be so sparse, but not unexpected with units. Neighbors are close. You risk who rented there, I had a screaming bunch of kids for 3 days on the right. I would rent again. Gym at complex was great for my needs with a bike, rower, and weight machine.

Perfect stay for Disney

We loved our stay! The house was wonderful and we had zero issues. Lynn was so responsive to all my questions before our trip. We loved the Disney themes and the bunk bed room was a huge hit for my daughter. We can't wait to visit again!

Excellent house, great location.

If you love Disney paraphernalia then look no further. Great location to all Disney parks, nice pool/hot tub and overall a great vacation home. Plenty of room so no issues at all.

Disney house

We had an amazing time. Thw property manager was an amazing help. Our air conditioner broke and they were right on top of it and very helpful. The community was beautiful! Definitely will be returning.
