We are excited new owners of this gorgeous 1st floor condo! You'll enjoy how bright & spacious our place is with plenty of room for the whole family. We even have a fun game collection for the kids. Located off Route 1, you'll be close to everything Delaware beaches has to offer. Surf Bagel & Nassau Valley are just a few of the places to name within walking distance! And our community pool is great for hot summer days. Enjoy your stay!

THE SPACE:
Located in Reserve at Sandbar condominium community. Enjoy the custom beach murals painted throughout the condo! When you first step into the entry hall, you'll find two guest bedrooms and the guest bathroom. Walking down the hallway you will find a spacious kitchen which includes an Alexa where you can ask it for recipes, local travel advice or ask it to play what ever music you prefer! Off the kitchen you'll find the dinning area as well as the laundry room. The great room includes a sofa bed, fireplace, and lots of seating for the family. In the rear, you'll find the sun room which is so beautiful it sit in the mornings and sip your coffee or great place to play games in the evenings. In the rear you can also access the covered patio with charming stringed lights and potted plants. The Master suite is tucked away from the other bedrooms and has a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The huge walk-in master closet has a portable crib and extra blowup mattress for your convenience. Outside the front entrance condo, you will also find our storage closet which is a great place to store all your sandy beach items.

Wonderful Trip

We had a wonderful trip to Lewes and loved staying at Jessica’s condo! It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Jessica was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We definitely recommend this property!

Girls Getaway Weekend

This property was beautiful and clean. The murals are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this property. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful stay and experience!

Condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable and host was very welcoming and responded promptly to any questions we had. Also was quick to give us suggestions on places to eat. This was our first time in Lewes and we would definitely come back.

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent accommodations and host!

We have been vacationing in the Lewes and Rehoboth area for about 12 years and Jessica’s place is our favorite because of how well she hosts, the layout of her condo and especially the cleanliness/quick communication. The pool area is fantastic and we actually spent more time there as opposed to the beach; this too was very clean and the residents whom we met and conversed with are very nice. We look forward to returning next year and hopefully over the fall or spring.

Relaxing Getaway

Very nice and clean. Plenty of room for a family of 7. Host provides all the amenities you could possibly need. I would reccomend bringing a hair dryer. Pool was nice after a day at the beach.

Great place on a budget!

The condo lived up to the pictures and descriptions! Very spacious, well kept and clean. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The pool is really nice and just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again if we choose to visit Lewes. Worth the trip and price! The host is prompt in her responses and gives great recommendations. Our only complaint is that there are lots of mosquitos on the outdoor deck, so we didn't use that at all.

Great location! Clean, comfortable, and inviting

The pictures do not show how spacious this condo is! We opened the front door and was welcomed by beautiful natural light, gorgeous detailed wall murals, spacious bedrooms and a perfectly laid out main area. It exceeded our expectations! The master is amazing too! There is so much attention to detail with the amenities the hosts offered. Jessica was also very responsive when we needed to touch base about our stay. The condo grounds are also amazing! The pool is perfect and never too crowded. Book your stay here STAT!

Shore Fun Condo

My wife and our four children stayed here in late July 2023. It was a really nice condo in a quiet community. The photos in the listing provide an accurate overview of the condo. The condo was clean and well stocked (kitchen tools, cutlery, etc.). The bed in the master bedroom was a true king and extremely comfortable, but the couch, loveseat, and armchair in the living room were older and not very comfortable. Overall, it was a great place and we would return.

Family vacay

Such a great place to stay with our littles (5 and 2yo) and my elderly parents (one of which has limited mobility). We were all able to stay together comfortably in this spacious condo. Jessica was easy to get a hold of if needed. Kitchen was well stocked—kids dinnerware a huge plus! :) Pool was awesome, even had it to ourselves sometimes. Location was perfect—not too crowded of an area, but close enough (about a 12 min drive to Lewes beach/downtown area). Kids loved the bay, smaller waves. Redners (grocery store) around the corner—great in house made caramel/cheese popcorn—another plus! Overall just great everything! Don’t hesitate to book this condo/area!! We would def come back!

Beautiful Condo

A lovely condo on the 1st floor! Perfect for visitors of all ages. Jessica was super easy to get in touch with and quick to answer any questions. A quick drive to the beach and lots of sightseeing/attractions.

After moving to coastal Delaware in March of 2020, we fell in love with our charming city and new coastal life. We knew we wanted to share everything this beach town has to offer. So, in July of 2021 we became the new proud owners of Shore Fun condo!

Most condo communities in our area are two bedroom condominiums, and being a family of 5 we understand the need for extra space. We love the Reserve at Sandbar community because it offers amble space that can be hard to find. We love that our 1,500 sq ft condo not only provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bath, but also a gorgeous sun room which is great extra flex space. Another unique thing about our condo is the amazing custom beach murals found throughout. It makes staying at the beach that much more fun!
