Old renovated barn, ideal for 2 families, it consists of:
On the first floor: an entrance hall with storage, a very large living room, dining room and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and nespresso, ...). A shower room, separate toilet and a storage room with storage, water point and washing machine (8kg).
An open staircase leads to the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate toilet.
Bedroom n°1: 1 double bed 140x190cm, possibility of a baby cot, 1 dressing room.
Bedroom n°2: 1 child's bed 90x170cm + 2-seater BZ bed 140x200, cupboards and wardrobes
Bedroom n°3: 1 child's bed 90x170cm + 1 extra bed (armchair for 2 children 120x180cm, floor), cupboards and wardrobes
Bedroom n°4: 1 2-seater sofa bed 140x200cm, wardrobe and dresser, DVD player with some DVDs.
Or 10 beds (6 adults + 4 children) + 1 baby.
Pillows, duvets and sheets provided.
Lots of books, games and toys for the whole family.
The old house remains cool with a few precautions, and has air conditioning.
Outside:
In front of the house: 2 (or even 3) parking spaces, swing + small slide, 1 terrace with 1 table and armchairs.
A swimming pool (about 5m by 2.5m; protection: tarpaulin with bars) surrounded by a green fence and padlocked gates, a small garden with outdoor furniture, and another terrace adjoining the kitchen with table and chairs, plancha available.

Provençal village within walking distance (600m). Ste Baume Regional Natural Park + St-Pons forest. Several restaurants and shops in Gémenos and many activities (parks, games, Aquagem swimming pool, tennis and other sports facilities, outdoor theatre, cinema sessions...).
