The host was very easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and beautiful. Very comfortable. Plenty of towels, blankets, and throw blankets. The bathroom had a beautiful shower and was well organized. Nice touches throughout the unit. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was great!

Really adorable place! My husband, son (5yrs), and I stayed here when visiting Cooperstown (about 40 mins away). We enjoyed dinner and the used bookstore in Cobleskill and had plenty of space to play our favorite board games at. This place was very easy to find, conveniently located (from LI we drove here Friday, made Cooperstown a day trip Sat, and drove back on Sunday), super clean, well renovated and decorated and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

My dad and I had a great stay. All of the attention to detail was appreciated. Though it is not a full kitchen, it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, very clean space. The property owners were friendly and so easy to communicate with, starting the day before we arrived saying everything was ready for us. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Shannon was very welcoming from day one and attentive to all of our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with an air fryer/oven, skillet, microwave, coffee pot, and keurig. We enjoyed getting away from NYC for the weekend and seeing the leaves change. We’ll definitely be back should we need another getaway!

Such a beautiful space where I immediately felt right at home! Wonderful host. So many thoughtful touches. It was perfect for my business trip to SUNY Cobleskill. I've been to 50 states and 25 countries, so literally countless accommodations. Trust me when I tell you this place is top notch!

Super impressed with the suite and hosts attention to deal. Didn't want for anything. She replied to every message immediately and even checked on us during our, stay. If I ever had a reason to be in the area, I would stay here again. Renters this is the country, and hosts don't usually stay at their own property. So, it's up to you to bring a fan or sound machine. Nice kitchenette and there are restaurants, but you will have to drive a bit. Laundry mat not far and everyone was very nice. Felt very safe and loved our stay. Thanks again to a very super host.

The perfect set up in a beautiful location

The perfect set up in a beautiful location this lovely apartment had everything we needed in the bed and sleeper sofa or so comfortable. We slept by each night thank you for your thoughtfulness and decorating and supplying the lovely VRBO apartment. With its darling well equipped kitchen including a microwave, small frig and optimal convection air fryer that also toasted, it had everything we needed in a quiet scenic location.

We were there for SUNY Cobleskill graduation weekend. The suite was very clean and very homey. The bedroom was very nice with a comfortable bed and the decor in the entire suite was beautiful. It was very close to the college. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to others!

Perfect spot near SUNY Cobleskill for the weekend. Host want very accommodating & helpful. Place is quaint, clean & took care of all our needs. Would def recommend!
