Relax in our spacious living room, watch the big screen TV and keep toasty by our wood burning stove. Sleep soundly in our tempurpedic beds. Gather at the giant dining room table that seats 10-12. Submerge yourself in our 6-person indoor jacuzzi, in its own separate space, and watch the sunset. Explore the hundreds of acres of state land for hiking, fishing, hunting and mountain biking. Please note Pet Fee is per pet.

This is our second year staying here and we were just as pleased as the first time we stayed. Very cozy and private with wonderful views, Having the hot tub and things to do inside was very convenient since we had spent the days outdoors during the storms (which unfortunately happened our whole trip) and came back wet and cold lol

This was our second stay at this property and we absolutely love it. The house is the perfect size for our extended family. It’s comfortable, clean, and has spectacular views from the deck. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms! Cleanliness was top notch and the kitchen was the best equipped one we have stayed in !The young adults enjoyed the hot tub and games. The view from the deck was breath taking!I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

The house was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect size for all of us. It was so homey and welcoming. The views were amazing. Just perfectly far enough out of town.

Beautiful location!

Very beautiful property, the views are endless. The home was comfortable and provided a wonderful place for our family to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked and the games and game are a bonus. The host was very kind and helpful.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was lovely; immaculate, ready, inviting and just right for our needs. Looking around at all of the wall hangings and other decor made us feel at home and quite welcomed by our hosts. The evening our group spent together there was very cozy! We would have loved to be able to enjoy time on the very spacious deck taking in the mountain air and beautiful view but, unfortunately, the rainy weather prevented that. Next time!Our host, Christine, was a joy to work with and made herself readily available for any questions we had upon arrival. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Family Stay

This was the ideal location and property for a weekend trip with my large family. The house is beautiful with enough rooms for everyone and an extra large dining room table where we could all gather for dinner and games. The view can't be beat, and there are even some paths in the woods to explore with the dogs. We hope to be able to stay here again soon!

Beautiful home in the Catskills

This place we stayed in was awesome. The house was big with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It had a big deck off the back of the house with a beautiful view. It is very pet friendly. They had a nice hot tub in the house as well. We would definitely stay there again!!

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful view.

Although the drive in was rough, the house and view were beautiful. Lots of room for 6 friends, wish we could have stayed longer. Comfortable beds, large dining table, plenty of amenities. When we left, we found there was a restaurant 5 minutes away. Such a beautiful area!

Home away from home

We had a wedding to attend at Seven Ponds Farm. Our youngest boy had gotten married. It was nice to go home to a place that felt like home.

The house was beautiful and other than food crumbs in the couches (which we only found because the dogs smelled the food and tried to get to it) the house was very clean. We loved the porch gates, perfect for letting dogs or kids play on the deck and not have to worry about them leaving the porch easily. The first aid kit in the kitchen was also nice to have, even as someone who travels with their own kit. The house also had some of the most beautiful views and we loved the location! Will definitely have to stay again!

Nice house with gorgeous views

Comfortable place with plenty of room and lots to keep you entertained. An air hockey table, foosball, hot tub, brick fire pit and board games provided fun for our family gathering. The deck is very large with an amazing view of the mountains. The road leading to the house is gravel and very steep so a truck or 4-wheel drive is best.

family fun

House is beautiful and every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The view is spectacular and the available fun things to do, such as the jacuzzi, foosball game, board games, etc. were terrific. No complaints about the furnishings or supplies. Our only problem was the weather, and noone can predict that.

Beautiful Mountain House

I have to admit-when we hit the gravel road I was worried! But this a big beautiful house in the mountains with all of the modern conveniences! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy! We watched the sun set every night from the deck. Then we would sit in the hot tub. It was a good time with family and friends!

We booked the house so that many of us could attend a wedding at Seven Ponds farm. The fact that it could accommodate 14 of us was great. Three couples with a few kids each, with the possibility of partners. We ended up only having 9 at the house and everything was great. Beds were comfortable, good indoor and outdoor space. It was a little chilly to stay outside too long, but it was a beautiful view from the porch. The wedding was 15-20 mins away and easy to get to and back from. Obviously no streetlights. Please pay attention to the hosts directions to the house. There are a number of ways to get there, but the better way is using their directions!Our kids used the hot tub and had a great time with the air hockey and foosball.
