This apartment was once part of a restaurant on the premises. It still has some of the old décor. It is right on the water, part of a 50 unit marina. Step outside onto the deck and right into your boat for a day of fishing on Oneida Lake. Your unit comes with one slip, a second is available for a minimal fee. Everything is on one floor. Living room, eat in kitchen. Laundry room. Large master bedroom, den with two twin beds. Linens, towels, stocked kitchen.

The apartment is large with a big deck. Windows run the length of the wall by the lake for beautiful views. Your boat dock is just outside your door. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable. The fishing was great for this time of year, we look foward to our next visit.

Our Fishing Trip

We arrived with our boat and marina launch was right next to our rental. Very easy to get to our boat without any issues!The apartment was large and very clean. Full kitchen fully stocked with dishes and everything you would need to cook meals! Even a crock pot!!We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay,spacious,great access to gas station, grocery store and boat docked just outside your door! Highly recommend, especially for families that like to fish! Communication with owner is great, replies immediatly.

Exceptional Vacation Destination

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and roomy place to stay. Husband loved being able to fish in the marina, right outside the door, and the convenience store around the corner offered live bait to keep him supplied. Very close by, good sized, grocery store let us grab several things to throw on the grill and relax by the water. Owner has gone above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable and we appreciate her very much. A great place to stay! Highly recommend!

The property was extremely clean and well equipped for a fabulous week of walleye fishing. There was easy boat launching, a fish cleaning station, and the apartment was comfortable and roomy. The outside patio space was especially enjoyable and a great place to unwind after a great day fishing. We would absolutely love to return!!

The accomodations were stellar. We've stayed at 6 other locations for our annual family fishing trip. Mary and Gary have done this one right. Im used to bringing extra stuff for cooking, didnt need any of it this year. As far as my family is concerned, this is our forever spot!

Hidden gem

This is a great hidden gem - so cute. The covered deck is a great perk and your boat is literally 20 steps from boat to door - I counted !! The place is clean and huge !!! Only complaint would be it could use more lighting it is a little dark in there but besides that it’s a perfect get a way would definitely stay here again!

beautiful dockside retreat

We were in Syrause for a family reunion and wanted our own place to be able to get away. This was wonderful!! It had a great patio to sit and read in the morning and do yoga looking out at the lake. The rooms are large and we could have easily had more family over to hang out. It is nicely decorated and has everything you need. I would gladly go back next time we are in the area! The owners are very responsive. We did not bring a boat but this is definitely the perfect place if you have one.

Our first stay

We were looking for an overnight location with direct lake access and docking for my fishing boat. From the posted listing this place seemed to fit the bill. The pictures posted, however, did not do it justice. Very spacious and FULLY furnished. It was much better than we expected. In this case, the good greatly outweighed the bad. So here is a couple of "bad" (used lightly). The listing stated a private launch and dock, but it was more "not public" than private. The few people who shared the area were very respectful and friendly. The bedrooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, but both queens are in one room. We (2 couples) had to split up and our friends slept in an adjoining room with 2 separate beds instead of both couples in the room with 2 queen beds. I took off one star for location. It is a little more outside of town than we thought, but then again we cooked on the grill instead of hitting a restaurant. Not a big issue for us, pizza was 1mile down the road. We will be looking to book this location again. Maybe with even more friends next time.

Hidden Gem

We were delighted as soon as we opened the door! What a perfect location for a little getaway on Lake Oneida. This carefully renovated marina provides an ideal location for boat access and simple relaxation one can only find on the water. The sliding door opens right to the marina and dock, and a large patio/deck excellent for entertaining or just watching the stars at night. There are few neighbors and we felt we were all alone in this wonderful space. The spacious interior would allow for a large family or group of friends with several beds. The kitchen is well supplied with all you may need. And all was clean and well cared for by the owners. I would suggest that this is the perfect location in summer or winter since this may be a great location for those who enjoy snow mobiling when the snow hits and the lake is frozen over. This is a fabulous place to stay whatever your interests.

We had been active on Home Away since 2014. We sold that property, but enjoy being host and hostess to visitors. We have met some wonderful families. We love being on the water and by the water, so why not share our experience.

We are on the North shore of Oneida Lake. We are the only deep water marina on the North Shore. We can supply, water and power for your boat. Launch it on arrival and then no need to take it out of the water until you are ready to leave.
