Welcome to the "Latitude Adjustment" condo, a beautiful place with amazing ocean and marina views. The condo is in an immaculate Mediterranean-style gated community of PeñaMar which has a guard station that is occupied 24 hours a day.

The condo is very comfortable, extremely clean, and tastefully decorated. Every room is airconditioned and well-furnished. The kitchen is well-appointed if you feel like cooking. Washer and Dryer combo in unit. But the best feature is the balcony, where you can hang out and enjoy the sea and marina view. Enjoy all the different colors of water and watching all the boats and sailboats going back and forth. Or, kick back and stream content on a large HD smart TV. Oh, did we mention that PeñaMar has a power plant that kicks in if there is a power outage so you will have power no matter what? 2 assigned parking spots are available to our guests.

Working from home? We got you covered with high-speed internet and a workstation with a big monitor so you don't have to squint at your laptop.

Want to hang out at the pool? Choose from 3 pools on the property. Hang out at the infinity pool, where you can also soak in the hot tub, go to the pool with the slide, or hang out at the sailboat-shaped pool! There is also a well-equipped gym, tennis courts and a basketball court.

The location is unbeatable. Across the street is Villa Marina, where you can find jet-ski and catamaran tours that take you snorkeling in the translucent waters of Icacos and Palomino. Some of the best restaurants and bars in Fajardo are either within walking distance or a short drive from the location. Seven Seas beach and the bioluminescent bay are 5 minutes away. 10 miles away is Ceiba, where you can take a very cheap ferry to Vieques or Culebra. Or, drive 15 miles to El Yunque National Forest.
