This property was absolutely beautiful and made our stay in Puerto Rico perfect. It was totally spotless, well decorated, a gorgeous view, and a safe, gated location. It was incredibly spacious with a lovely balcony and a great kitchen to cook meals in. Less than 10 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach and other attractions. We will definitely book this again for our trip next year. We were so sad to leave. I highly recommend staying here!!

We just stayed here and absolutely loved it! Yohanys is a great host, super attentive and responsive and broke down everything for us in detail. She had so many amenities for us like towels, beach towels, chairs, a cooler and even floaties for the pool and a basket with sunscreen and bug spray supplies. There was also aloe in the fridge already which ended up coming in handy for my dad’s sunburn. It made traveling so much easier and came in clutch big time when we went to the pool/beach. The property was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. She even left us a pack and play and a little high chair for my son to use which I appreciated so much. If we could give her and the property 6 stars we absolutely would! Can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING!

This place was beautifully decorated, very clean, perfectly supplied, and close to so many fun things to do. The communication with the owner was always timely and we immensely enjoyed our stay! Beautiful Apartment! Host was extra patient. Answered quickly and took care of our needs right away! Yohanis was always a phonecall or text away. The pool access was a close walk (3min) and the beach was a quick drive (5/6 min). There is no hot tub though (the reason I booked) but the cool jet spa tub was fine.

Located in the heart of Luquillo, you're surrounded by stunning beaches and vibrant nightlife. I start my mornings with a walk along the shoreline, getting in some exercise while the waves gently roll in. By day, you’ll often find me with a good book in hand, sunbathing on the beach. And as the sun sets, there’s nothing better than sipping a glass of wine on the balcony or heading to the nearby Kioskos to savor authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and mingle with the locals.

While my ultimate goal is to live full time on this incredible island, for now, I’m grateful to share this special home with guests from around the world. I hope it brings you the same peace, joy, and unforgettable memories it brings me.

Vista Mar has been thoughtfully furnished for a home feel. The views are breathtaking and the property is centrally located five minutes from Play Azaul Beach, Luquillo Kioske's, award winning golf courses and Rain Forest. Marina's to all types of ocean sports is a 10 minute drive to Fajardo. Safe community. Access to a two car garage. You will have a choice of elevator or stairs to your front door. 35 minutes from San Juan. The recreational area includes a warm and inviting Infiniti pool also a jacuzzi. The property is fully air conditioned, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and an air unit. This apartment is spacious and comfortable for a couple or a family.
