The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay: oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, pod coffee maker...

The bathroom has a bathtub + washing machine.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

Linen and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also made available to each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, dishes must be cleaned and trash thrown away.

## Access

The accommodation is located in Le Cannet.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.

##Neighborhood

Le Cannet is an important commune in the Alpes-Maritimes in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It is located just two kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering Cannes and Vallauris. Nicknamed the Madeira of France, it reveals a beautiful panorama of the Lérins islands offshore.

Occupied since Roman times, the town of Cannet developed in the 15th century with the settlement of families from Italy at the request of the monks of Lérins. It gained its independence from Cannes and Mougins in 1774, by decree of Louis XVI, which allowed its economic development from the following century. However, it was not until the beginning of the 20th century that Le Cannet revealed its current appearance.

Very touristy due to its geographical location and its weather, the town of Le Cannet is also appreciated for its rich architectural and historical heritage which earns it a large number of tourists in the summer.

The Bonnard Museum: Opened on June 26, 2011, the Bonnard museum is the first in the world dedicated to the work of the painter, a notable figure in 19th and 20th century art.
Open Tuesday to Sunday
High season: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Thursdays until 9 p.m.).
Low season: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Closed on Mondays, January 1, May 1, November 1 and December 25.
Fully air-conditioned and accessible to the disabled.



## Transit

To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Antibes SNCF station which is a 15-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is 20-30 minutes by car.

We will ask you to respect the neighborhood. The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, invoiced according to the time and to be paid on arrival.
