Nice park model cottage with sunroom in South Haven, Michigan
Cozy Park Model cottage located at an upscale RV Resort, (www.HiddenPondsRVResort.com.) is ready for you!
Completely furnished, and able to accomodate up to 6 people. There is one bedroom featuring a queen bed, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. There is a futon in the 3 season sunroom (not heated or air conditioned). Also, a low ceiling loft area for older children with two twin mattresses.
The three season sunroom has a wall of windows, and is a great place for a morning coffee or evening beverage! There is also a nice outdoor fire pit area and a propane grill. The cottage is furnished with bed and bath linens and all the kitchenware you need for a relaxing weekend away from home.
The cottage is located across the street from the heated pool and pool house, for easy access to swimming. There is a pickleball court, wellness trail, catch and release fishing is available at any of the three ponds.
*Children under 7 years of age are not permitted in the loft.

This RV cottage is located in Hidden Ponds RV Resort, a newer RV park/resort that has a nice heated pool, pickleball court, dog park and plenty of walking areas around the 2 ponds and small lake on site. RVers are fun people who typically say hello and smile, and the RV Resort has over 70 sites and most of these are rented by seasonal RV couples/families who are on 'permanent fun vacation'.
The RV resort tends to be a quiet place that attracts wildlife and there are nature type benefits to enjoy, from birds to deer to turkey and fish and frogs. The roads are ~26 feet wide with 10mph speed limits and are covered with asphalt millings to minimize dust. The park is clean and well maintained with firewood and ice available, on an honor payment system. We hope you enjoy your stay!

The resort town of South Haven and the beaches of Lake Michigan are less than 2 miles away (a 5-6 minute easy drive) along with many boutique shoppes and great eateries!
