Cliffside Cottage - Sleeps 20! - Two Roomy Condos

Welcome to Cliffside Cottage—a great setup for families and groups who want to stay together while still having plenty of room to spread out!

This listing includes TWO separate 3-bedroom condos located directly across the hall from each other. Together, they sleep up to 20 guests and give your group two complete living spaces—perfect for extended families, multiple families, or groups traveling together.

Combined, you'll have:

- 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms
- 4 king beds
- 2 full-over-full bunk beds
- 2 queen sleeper sofas
- 2 fully equipped kitchens
- 2 living and dining areas
- 2 private balconies
- 2 washers and dryers
- Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi
- Pack-n-plays and high chairs
- Family games
- Access to the community swimming pool, generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day

Both condos are on the upper level of the same two-story building, with one flight of stairs required to reach them. Once inside, each condo is all on one level. There are no neighbors above, but there are condos below, so we ask guests to be mindful of noise.

Each condo has the same sleeping arrangement:
Bedroom 1 – King bed
Bedroom 2 – King bed
Bedroom 3 – Full-over-full bunk bed (best for up to 4 children or 2 adults)
Living room – Queen sleeper sofa

Each kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, and we provide linens, towels, basic toiletries, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and starter supplies of coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels.

The community pool is just a short walk away. Free parking is first-come, first-served and can fill during busy seasons, so please limit your group to four vehicles.

Cliffside Cottage is tucked away on a scenic hillside while still being close to everything Branson has to offer. Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, and the Branson Strip are all about 4 miles away, with most area attractions, restaurants, shows, and shopping just a short drive from the condos.

We live in nearby Nixa, MO and are just a phone call or text if you need anything during your stay. We hope Cliffside Cottage gives your group the best of both worlds—plenty of space and privacy, while still keeping everyone right across the hall from each other!
