Beautiful House close to Downtown

This beautiful, newer home is perfect for your Flagstaff getaway! This 3 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms, 1675 square foot home accommodates 6 people comfortably. Located off Route 66 just west of Downtown and Milton Avenue. Accommodations are provided with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable! There are three bedrooms - a master upstairs with a king bed, a guest room upstairs with full-over-full bunk beds, and a guest bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. There are three full bathrooms, two with walk in tile showers (master and downstairs) and a full bathroom upstairs. Updated light fixtures, custom closets, and ceiling fans throughout house. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs. Downstairs is a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and large sectional sofa. You can enjoy preparing your meals in a granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Dining options include an indoor dining table that seats 6 plus a kitchen island with 3 bar stools. Enjoy being outside on our beautiful paver patio with a gas fire pit and BBQ and a dining table that seats 6.

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, towels, and extra throw blankets for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap, and dishwasher tablets. Please use only as needed.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare and serve a delicious meal. Kitchen includes a full stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator, toaster, Keurig, pots and pans, baking dishes, serving plates, and glassware. There are also several spices in the kitchen cabinets. Please feel free to use as needed.

Garage is available for vehicles, bicycles, and/or ski equipment.

This is a family neighborhood - please be respectful of quiet hours from 10:00pm-8:00am. No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind, no pets, and no smoking. Failure to comply with these policies will result in an additional fine.

Your safety matters to us! There is a Video Doorbell on the porch facing out towards the driveway. The camera does not look into any of the interior spaces.

Wonderful rental!

While our trip was too short, this home left a great impression and can’t wait to use again on a longer future visit! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable home. The waters and snacks left were a nice touch. Thank you very much for the comfortable stay for our family!

Perfect Home Base for Grand Canyon Trip

This property was perfect for our family. The home is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet with easy access to I-40 and city of Flagstaff. We visited the Grand Canyon for a couple of days and went to Meteor Crater so it was nice to have a place where we could each have some space at the end of the day. Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again.

Great getaway to the snow!

We stayed at this property to take a long weekend away from the city and it did not disappoint! The host was responsive when we had questions and the property was well appointed. Our 3 year old son had fun playing in the snow in the backyard as well as the community park about 5 min walk away. The house truly is close to downtown but was also just a quick drive to Bearizona. We really enjoyed the cozy fireplace as well. Thanks for making our trip special and we would definitely stay here again in the future .

Very nice home

"Crowded" neighborhood, so everyone parks on the street which makes coming and going challenging at times.There were no lights on the front of the house or porch, all were burned out. I stole a couple from another part of the house to light up the driveway while we were there. And, the first morning, we found 2 of the 6 dining room chairs to have broken legs. I immediately reported it to home owner. I didnt hear anything till we left. She said she knew about them. Good thing my elderly mother in law didnt fall on the floor when she sat on a broken chair. Would have been nice to know.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Owner responded to my email right away while we were there. The home was extremely clean and upon arrival there was a welcome basket with snacks and a few water bottles. It did get a little cold downstairs but the upstairs was warm. A few extra blankets for the couch would have been great!

Great home

We went up to enjoy some snow over the weekend with our kids. This home was very clean and had plenty of room for us. Any questions I had for the host were promptly addressed. Love that there were shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Also, close to downtown Flagstaff. Cute, quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Best Thanksgiving ever

My granddaughter Kylie is in Grad School at NAU. She was not able to travel home due to her school schedule. My family is close knit and takes holidays seriously. My husband recently passed and although Kylie felt it "wouldn't be the same without Poppy" , my daughter and I packed the SUV and made the 8 hour trek from San Diego. We were wowed from the moment we walked in - every room beautifully appointed, little details noted: the extra comfy beds and plush towels, the welcome basket of information and goodies, and every appliance you could ask for. We spent our time cooking and being together as a family, playing games and meeting the boyfriend. The best part was Kylie saying "Nana, this was the best Thanksgiving ever!" Thank you Amy, for allowing us into your home and helping us heal as a family again instead of a hotel room.

Relaxing long weekend

The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to all that Flagstaff has to offer. It was very clean and bright with comfortable bedding and linens. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Target was close by which was nice since we forgot a hair dryer. We did not really use any of the TVs since we were out enjoying the cooler air in Flagstaff. Our host was great in giving us all the necessary details. We would recommend this place to friends and family.

Very Impressive

Last moment my wife and I decided to see what was available in Flagstaff. We know going in that Rain was probable each day of our stay. In truth, the house was so comfortable that we really enjoyed simply doing nothing most of the weekend. The furnishings were perfect. Bed was comfortable. We stay at many VRBO’s and this had about everything we needed. My oversized truck even fit well in the garage. Small pieces of advise to avoid any mishaps. Bathroom downstairs lock is sticky, I could see a child getting stuck in there. Also the burners on the stove could easily be turned on by a toddler. Maybe rubber coverers may give that extra layer of safety of course at the expense of looking awkward. Thank you for the opportunity, would love to rent again very soon.
