Thank you for your feedback and for staying at High Point Hideaway. I’m sorry there were a couple of aspects that caught you off guard during your visit.
For future guests, I do want to note that information about the dog on the property was included in the welcome message sent prior to check-in along with the entry details. I always try to make sure important information is communicated clearly in advance.
I also appreciate the suggestion regarding labeling and guest information. The home is fully stocked with amenities throughout the kitchen, closets, and storage areas, but I'm always looking for ways to make the guest experience even more intuitive and comfortable.
