Located in a small, peaceful hamlet close to shops and only 10 minutes from Rennes, our outbuilding of a sixteenth century building classified as a Breton heritage welcomes you for a unique stay.

🏡 The accommodation
You will stay in a private house of 90 m², recently homestored, both authentic and warm:

A large living room with pellet stove and TV,

An integrated and fully equipped kitchen (oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, etc.),

2 large bedrooms with parquet floors, each with a double bed (160x200), desk and possibility of adding an extra mattress or a travel cot,

A bathroom with shower, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer.
➡️ Bed linen and towels are provided, beds made on arrival for more comfort.


🌿 Exterior & common facilities

Indoor heated swimming pool, private, secure and accessible from the garden. Free access from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 8 pm, heating not guaranteed if severe frost, to be booked at least 24 hours in advance if late booking.

Cosy relaxation area on the mezzanine with net, water games, buoys and accessories available.

Shared garden with hammock, trampoline, bike shed, clothesline.

Private terrace with small lounge and dining area, barbecue.

Board games for all ages, outdoor games.

Pets allowed 🐾.

We live in the house next door (without vis-à-vis) and remain available if needed.
No cleaning or linen fees are applied: we simply count on your civic-mindedness to make the house clean and tidy when you leave.
