A Nespresso machine, bread maker, oven, microwave, and cooktop with wok burner are also included. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an office. The bathroom, equipped with high-end materials, will allow you to perfect your relaxation by offering a 2-person jacuzzi bathtub as well as a large black marble shower with a hydromassage shower column. A Japanese-style toilet (washing toilet with jet) on the first floor with a hand basin. You will also have access to a washing machine with a dryer. Liffré is located 15 km from Rennes, and 1 hour from Saint-Malo and Mont-Saint-Michel. The area is particularly renowned for its numerous forests and hiking trails. The residential area is extremely quiet, and you only have to cross the road to find a large 6-hectare park with trees and children's play structures. The town center is a 5-minute walk away.
