Entering the apartment you have the dining area and living room decorated to high standards. High-speed internet and all nationalities of TV including Spanish and a full UK channel list. The dining area seats 4 as does the living room. The fully complimented kitchen has all of the mod-cons you would require including a dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning as well.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes, and air conditioning. There is also a full family bathroom.

There is a large community pool just a 2-minute walk down the path. This luxury apartment has all you could wish for in your home on a holiday in Spain.

The apartment is a four-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Paul Young & Los Pacaminos, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with.
