Beautiful villa 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Brand new pool just off the living and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. Huge glass doors offer easy access to the pool and large pool deck with flowers. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The house is spacious and has very nice furnishings.

We have stayed there before and we love it at Pennys Place. We rented a car so it did not matter that Pennys Place was not on the beach. Aruba is so easy to get around. It’s so nice to walk outside and have your coffee and put your feet in a swimming pool. We will be back

Our experience at this villa in Aruba was nothing short of amazing. The property itself was beautiful—immaculately clean, well-maintained, and just as described (if not better!). But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the hosts. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Their hospitality made a great trip even better. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Aruba!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Aruba! The house had everything we needed from spices and plenty of cookware to thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.The pool and landscaping were beautiful, making it feel like our own private oasis. The location was perfect, and the neighbors (and their sweet dog) were so kind and helpful.The house was spacious, comfortable, and so accommodating. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived and truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

One Happy Vacation

The house was great! Exactly as described, fully equipped and well taken care of. Property managers were welcoming and offered lots of local restaurant suggestions. Check in and out was a breeze. Very clean. Pool was such a nice amenity to come back to after a day at the beach.

Beautiful, private house on the quieter side of the island! Great pool to enjoy while relaxing at the house! The hosts and owners were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

If you're lucky you'll be in Aruba - if in Aruba you'll be lucky if you're at Penney's house

Beautiful; house - gorgeous property - great amenities - house belongs in the north end of Aruba in the Sotheby estates; superb pool - sunrise to sunset all in the back yard by the pool - nothing but great things to say - definitely a repeat stay!!

Just Like It’s Says “So Beautiful”

My family absolutely loved this place! It’s was quite every night and close to the main highway. I definitely recommend getting the directions from host. Google was just off but host directions sent were on point. The poolllllll omg so clean and just lovely. The house had all the essential. I would go here again and again. The host was the sweetest and always responded so quickly. It was literally just like the pictures. No surprises. The beds were all comfortable as well. Plenty of fresh towels and beach essentials.

Clean, beautiful home

This is referred to as "Penny's Place" among many people who do reviews. I moved to this place because the original VRBO that I booked smelled and had mold in it; I was afraid that my sister or I would get sick. Penny's Place was spotless. There is also an outside pool which is private and perfect. Dongo the neighbor's dog came over to greet us. It's a very nice neighborhood. The only reason that I gave it a 4 star for location was that it wasn't on the beach, but it is close to baby beach, and the private pool makes up for it. Penny has a guest book that people sign giving recommendations of places to eat and things to do. I would love to return to "Penny's Place" in the future. Patty P

Hidden Gem

This house was everything it said it was to be. We throughly enjoyed ourselves everyday we were there. I really appreciated having spices available and some of the items in the refridgerator, it really helped out instead of starting from scratch for a short vaca on the island. We rent a house everytime we come and never had that added plus. I also appreciated being on this south side of the island rather than the overpriced crowded tourist area in Palm Beach, Noord area. We will look to stay at this house again when we come back next year. Only wished that water was a little warmer in the shower, us Americans love a hot shower. :)

I can't express how wonderful our experience at this location was. My husband and I spent 10 days here, and it was a hassle-free and delightful stay. Despite a previous review mentioning an electricity fee, the owners now request that guests conserve energy rather than charging extra. This was not a problem for us, as we spent most of our days exploring various beaches and very little time indoors during daylight. The property is conveniently located away from the bustling resort area, approximately a 25-30 minute drive to Palm/Eagle Beach. One of the highlights of our stay was the inclusion of beach supplies with the rental. We had access to camping chairs, beach towels, and didn't need to worry about carrying or buying towels in Aruba. The house was clean and spacious, and it even came equipped with two ice chests, which proved invaluable for stocking up on drinks and snacks from the local market for our beach outings. We also enjoyed the convenience of the location, with Baby Beach just a 15-20 minute drive away, and Mangel Halto being extremely close. Back at the house, we made the most of the grill and the pool. The living room's speakers and the open doors to the pool allowed us to relax with music while enjoying the pool, although some additional attention to pool maintenance would be beneficial. The neighbors were friendlyand welcoming. The air conditioning units worked exceptionally well, & there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Great stay!

The Best Time in Aruba

Beautiful spacious home. Pool is awesome. A/c works wonderful. It’s true it does not need to be left on when you are away, quickly cools home when turned back on. Perfect location; quiet part of island and near Baby Beach. Host is attentive and responds quickly. Don’t hesitate to book.

Nice clean house

Yes, you should book this house-Overall this house is great. Looks just like the photos, neighborhood is safe and the bed we used was comfortable. Lots of good beach towels to use, “beach chairs” are actually camping chairs though, just fyi. Listing at the time we booked does not show anything about charging for electric usage, however the house rules guide sent 1 week before our stay stated $8 daily allotment then they would charge us, which should have been on vrbo page-if you can list a cleaning fee you can let vacationers know there may be more charges. That isn’t something we should have had to ask originally and that left a bad taste in our mouth. Gate is pretty annoying, unlock w/key, back car out-re lock gate then pull up to repeat every time you leave. These are just things I think you should know as someone about to rent a property. None of them would deter us from this home as it was perfect for us. Pool was awesome!

Relaxing stay

There were great updates to the property between the time we booked and our stay. They added shade on the patio as well as some very beautiful large flower pots near the pool. It was a gorgeous home with everything we needed. Make sure you download Maps.me before you arrive to find the house easily and to get around the island during your stay. There are lights in the pool that come on around 7 at night so you can swim in a purple pool looking at the pink skies during sunset … doesn’t get any better. Thanks for the beautiful stay!!!

Topverblijf op een rustige plek

De woning is keurig, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft als klap op de vuurpijl een heerlijk eigen zwembad! In het gastenboek heb ik ook beloofd dat ik deze woning aan iedereen zou aanbevele. Alleen als je in de drukte en aan het strand wilt zitten moet je iets anders zoeken.
