Luxury Acres is located on over 4 beautiful acres in a rural setting yet still In close proximity to a major shopping area in Rock Hill SC. This space was designed for guests of all ages.

Come and slide down our large tunnel pool slide where you land in the 21,000 gallon 4ft pool.

Gather the family and play a tournament game of basketball on the full court or a life size game of human Foosball. We also have mini golf ⛳️ for the kids to play.

Wind down making s’mores at our fire pit.

Don’t forget a relaxing night relaxing while the kids are sleeping in the 6 person hot tub.

We love having family and friends enjoying the presence of one another. Our space is great for sleepovers and small intimate gatherings. We also host larger events, family reunions, corporate events but those will have to be booked directly for security purposes on our site LUXURYACRES.COM WE DO NOT HOST PARTIES AND GATHERINGS ON this PLATFORM !!!

EXTRA GUESTS/Small Events

Max 8 persons allowed on property anything over that will be additional fee.
VRBO guidelines no parties or large events. Flat fee $150 for up to 18 guests (total including those on reservations ) With prior PRE-APPROVAL .This is even if guests are not spending the night and only visiting for the day. All extra guests must vacate the property by 9 pm

If a party is booked you will be cancelled AND ask to vacate with NO refund .

Basketball goal is NOT ADJUSTABLE.. We keep it at height that can accommodate all our guests.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PROPERTY

There is NO dining table indoors. We only have 4 bar stools. We have picnic tables outdoors .

Quiet Hours START 9 pm to 7 am. NO EXCEPTION. If you cannot follow by this rule please DO Not book with us. We have a noise ordinance we must follow.

This property may not be perfect, but it is priced significantly lower than comparable properties . We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, so please inspect the property upon check-in and message us immediately if you have any concerns. Please do not wait until checkout or after completing your stay to report an issue that could have been addressed during your reservation.

THERE IS MINIMUM OUTDOOR LIGHTING . We purposely decreased some of our outdoor lighting due to noise complaints. We have porch lighting front and back , pathway lighting, and lighting under the tiki bar. The pool, picnic area, and basketball court is NOT well lit.

Due to temperatures reaching 105 degrees we added a portable unit to the bunk room and window unit to the master bedroom. We have central AC but with extremely hot temps and frequent opening of doors (kids and pools) we added these for extra comfort, (only during extreme summer month July -September)

We do have 6 exterior cameras on the property.

The pool is NOT heated. Hot tub is available The hot tub may only be able to reach 90 degree temp in freezing weather. (40 and below) Hot tub and pool will be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Please have all guest adhere to hot tub and pool rules. We do NOT clean during guests stay .

Home is on septic system and Well. No city water services. May-August we have onsite Porta Potty in the front of the property which will be cleaned weekly by company. (This should only take 15 minutes
