What a wonderful home to have our Christmas reunion! This is our second year staying here. Such a comfortable, clean and well maintained home. It is very well appointed. Any questions we had were answered promptly! The hosts are very personable. When we had a medical emergency, we were able to check out later that day. Adriana even inquired about our friend. We are a group of 72 year old friends that grew up together in Fort Mill. We are hoping that we will be able to come back next December!

Adriana was extremely responsive to questions and very easy to communicate with. The house was great for our group! The kids loved the game room and the secret wine cellar. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. There are lots of unique features and the location couldn't be better for access to downtown restaurants and shops - a short walk and you're in the midst of it all. The rocking chairs on the front porch were so inviting and comfortable - I only wish we'd had a bit more "down time" to enjoy them.

The house is incredible! We had out of town friends and it was a perfect spot to be. There were a lot of gathering spots and the front porch is so relaxing. Walk to a farmers market, walk to many shops and restaurants, and had a great time exploring the area. Thanks for a wonderful experience! We look forward to our next stay!

Pros: Very large. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. A/C worked great. Ample parking. Very easy checkin-in and check-out. Cons: Furniture in room with projector TV could be more comfortable. A couple of the toilet seat lid connectors were stripped so they moved when you sat on them; wouldnt stay tightened. No Kleenix, shower soap, or shampoo. But overall was a nice location and we enjoyed staying here.

The house was so large and comfortable for our group. Everything was clean, and the house had so much character! The wine cellar was such a cool feature, and we loved that part. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! So much room and everything you need is provided by the host. The game room and mega-wide projection TV as well as comfortable king and queen size beds were amazing!! There was plenty of room for our party of 8. The area is an easy walk to the Mainstreet shops and restaurants.

Lovely home

House is well maintained. There really should be lamps and bedside tables in all bedrooms to make them comfortable. Also, in rooms with no closets, provide an armoire. This house has great potential and could be really special.

Family Fun

My family and I had the best stay! The house is nothing short of amazing. The amenities were perfect for our large group. The arcade machine and the game cabinet were favorites for our group. We also spent a lot of time on the beautiful porch, enjoying conversation and nice weather. We would stay again!

Amazing Porch!

Gathered with guests to celebrate a birthday. Enjoyed the porch! And also the projector TV as it was the ACC tournament. Close walk to food and night life.

Family gathering

Came down to watch the Mayo Bowl. Great place to host the entire family. Close to Charlotte and a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.

Girls Christmas Weekend

We were a group of 6, aged 71-72. We all grew up, went to church and school, graduating from Fort Mill High in 1971! Reminiscing about all our shenanigans and catching up on our families. What a fantastic weekend, the house was perfect for all of us. We are interesting in booking this same weekend next year.

Perfect location for a Charlotte trip.

Our extended family meets once a year for an away NFL game. This year was Charlotte. The house and location were perfect for our large group and our needs!

Super cute house with lots of space!

One of my favorite Vrbo places to stay by far. Lots of room and very modern inside. Beds were comfy and house well stocked with all you need. Great place to stay and well priced.

Fort Mill stay

We were in town for a family wedding. The house has 6 bedrooms & many gathering rooms & as such was a perfect place for many family members to gather. The large TVs were perfect for watching football games. If some of you have mobility problems, be aware that the downstairs shower is inside a tall claw foot tub with no bars to hang onto. The half bath on this floor is quite large however. The other shower is on the second floor so the house may not work for all but it was perfect for us.

Great location and even a better house

If you are looking for a low key Victorian within walking distance to downtown Fort Mill, look no further. The house was awesome, the owner was great and you couldn’t beat the location. Can’t wait to go back.
