Beautiful condo located within a mile walk from downtown. Complete with main bedroom suite that has a queen bed, guest bedroom with a queen bed as well as a great kitchen space. It allows you to either cook at home or enjoy the amazing local food scene. This spacious condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!
Bryant Park and West Bay are located right across the street and guests can easily bike or walk the half-mile into town.
The space:
The condo is located within a short walk from Downtown Traverse City. It is just shy of 1,000 sqft, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, for up to four guests. This unit is on the second floor of the condo complex. Stairs are required to enter the unit, no elevator provided!
Guest access:
Guests enter via the shared ally parking lot on the south side of the building and have access to the central stair and hallways.
Other things to note:
** The building association and parking lot has a strict, ONE PARKING SPOT PER UNIT. If you park in a spot without your unit listed, you will risk being towed (at renter's expense!) and also not allow others to park in their designated spot. Please make sure you are parked within the lines so others can also park properly.
** There is a strict no noise after 10pm (building-wide regulation), please adhere out of respect for your fellow guests.
Pets no matter the size or type are not allowed.
If you have a service animal/emotional support please reach out with proper paper work prior to booking (due to HOA policies). If not done properly, your booking is liable to be declined. If you choose to bring an animal without proper paperwork and approval from HOA you may be asked to leave the premise without a reimbursement. This process may take up to 7-14 days, please think ahead.
Once again, this condo is located on the second floor with no elevator. Please be respectful of those around you and below you!

Easy access to TC downtown and surrounding area!
Very nice condo- comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated and all the amenities you need! This is a great location for biking, easy access to wineries and about a 15 minute walk to downtown TC. Enjoyed our stay!

Clean and spacious
The host was very helpful with recommendations and check in. Nice open concept apartment/condo that was clean. We would definitely stay again if in TC. We walked everywhere. Loved it!

Beautiful Traverse City
Enjoyed the coffee and the chocolate covered cherries. It was a bit too small for 2 couples. It’s not really walkable to downtown TC. If you have a bike it would be good. The owner is really nice. The condo was really clean.

Wine tasting
Good location. Easy parking. Great place for 2 couples to share the TC area. Close to downtown restaurants and entertainment.

Wedding Weekend Getaway
My husband and I and another couple were heading up to Traverse City for a wedding from Chicago. We went with an VRBO instead of hotel due to prices and so happy we did!
This apartment was exactly what we needed for our short stay. Close (few minute drive) to the happening parts of Traverse. The apartment was very cute, super clean and easy to get into. Not only was the place adorable but the owners were amazing as well. Super helpful, kind, super responsive and understanding. Would definitely book with them again. Parking is tight and only one spot so be prepared for that. Overall 5 star expierence!

Fantastic and beautifully appointed vacation rental!
Super easy and convenient. New and beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean. Less than a 5 min walk to starbucks - added bonus!! Great place for a family or 4 adults.

Very beautiful place, great location, nice and clean.
We had no issues whatsoever. The place was nice and clean. Its a great location, easy to get downtown, or to Old Mission, or to Leelenaw. Beautiful, large condo.

This property is located near downtown and has the ability to offer our guests a neutral area to visit all that is TC within a short drive. With how much we enjoy our area, we wanted to have a place that people could feel at home. Our condo offers all that and then some.
