Great Stay in TC

The location was wonderful and a short walk to the beach and lots of places to shop and eat downtown. The condo is very spacious and had all the fun extras like beach toys and games to play. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay again!

Birthday Trip

My sister and I plus my husband brought our mother to Traverse City for her birthday. Appreciated having the first floor condo. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the place was well-equipped. The only slight negative was the noisy neighbors above us in the 2nd floor condo. Very heavy footsteps, running and dropping things at all hours, even 2am. Have to say it didn’t keep me from sleeping for long though. This is not anything, of course, that the condo owner can fix or have any control over. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here. Great location to all things shopping and restaurants.

Turning 65 Getaway

Me and three friends (all turning 65 in 2the 024) had a wonderful time. The condo was just as online listing stated. We loved the big open great room. We will be returning.

Great location for a getaway

Very good location near the downtown area and close to both Old Mission and Leelanau peninsulas. Condo was very nice inside and had everything we needed for our stay. Good communication with the host. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot easy walk to downtown an 100 yards from water

We came up for a wedding and the bus was leaving from the Delamar... which was just across the street. Very quiet and roomy to spread out and enjoy. Push button access was great as we had different bedtimes then kids!!! Great time

Great place.

Just what we needed for our TC soccer filled weekend. Close the fields and the place had everything. The best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. The beds were great and the showers hot. And oh so clean! A must stay if you are looking for a home base in TC!

Loved Traverse City Condo

This condo had everything we needed plus more. We had plenty of space and if there was anything we forgot, it was there. The location was great and within walking distance to many restaurants and activities. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Would definitely like to return someday.

Great place to stay

Clean, great location. I walked into town almost every day. Plenty of room, well stocked, comfy beds and living room furniture was very comfy as well. I had a couple of questions and the owner responded right away.

Great location and amenities

Parking pass for the parking area is a plus, as is the key pad entry to the unit. Very walkable to downtown TC and TC neighborhood areas such as NOBO, especially via the tree lined neighborhood streets and beautiful homes/architecture.

Perfect Spot to explore TC

This condo was perfect for our family of five. It was much larger and nicer than the photos made it look. We rented kayaks at the beach right across the street. Downtown TC and lots of beaches and wineries and conveniently located. The host was friendly and responsive.

Overall stay was great. One major drawback was the beds. They were very uncomfortable. Bedroom windows could use curtains as the blinds let in too much light from all the outside lighting. Great proximity to downtown TC. Beach across the road was minimal and dirty. Condo was very clean and well equipped.

Moms 60th

Celebrated my moms 60th with family and friends. Owners allowed us to get in the place early to decorate, they gave us a bottle of wine, and were awesome at communicating. House was amazing and great location.

Great stay!

This property was better than advertised. It was roomy for a group of six (plenty of seats to eat with the table and counter/bar seats). Everything was clean and easy to find. The washer/dryer was great because traveling with damp beach towels is not fun. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Directions of where to park and how to access the property were clear and easy to follow. The location was awesome. We could see Lake Michigan from the back door and even walked to the beach nearby. There was a grocery store a couple minutes drive and a wonderful local donut shop.

Traverse City New Year's Eve!

We had four adults in the condo unit. Very comfortable and well stocked with cooking items, spices, paper goods, and table service. Our second stay in this unit due to great location to downtown and cleanliness of unit. Owners are very nice and stayed in communication with us during the stay. Thank You!

A good stay in general

Location and supplies of the apartment is great. Walking distance to everything and you can find most of the things you need in the apartment. However, the sound insulation wasn’t that good, some crazy kids run around every morning in the apartment upstairs that was pretty loud. The communication with property manager is okay at the beginning before the checking in but they were silent when I asked something at the end

Amazing location!

Laura's condo was the perfect location for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). The condo had everything we needed to prepare our foods and relax after a day out. It was very nice to walk across the street to Sunset Park & Beach. Location is close to many great restaurants and walkable to downtown Traverse City! The only compliant we have is the footsteps of the people upstairs. It's very loud and if you're a light sleeper, it would definitely disturb your stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we would return again!

Our beautiful condo is in such a sweet spot. You can literally park your car and walk or ride anywhere you would like to go. Or rent a bike to get around. Everything is close.

Condo is situated in the middle of everything, so you can choose to participate or just head across the street and relax at the beach.
