Summer Beach Holiday - A tranquil, spacious, well-appointed home located in the heart of beautiful Cocoa Beach. Bring your family for a perfect beach holiday in this stunning waterfront home. Come over on your own boat to stay for a long weekend. Easy access to the Banana River and Atlantic Ocean. A few minutes walk away from historic Downtown Cocoa, with its quaint restaurants, live music, pubs and special one-of-a kind boutiques. Take a stroll just a few blocks to the world famous Cocoa Beach, visit Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and spend an evening at the Pier.

Located 15 minutes from the cruise terminals at Port Canaveral. Stay with us before or after your cruise. Go on a fishing charter for the day or even learn how to surf during your stay. Also close to the Kennedy Space Center and just an hour drive from the Orlando Theme Parks.

The canal leads to the Banana river just minutes away. Head North and go thru the Port Canaveral Loch heading East to the open ocean, only 12miles away!

The Place
Sirenia Retreat - It is all yours – All Inclusive! There are four bedrooms and three baths and a 6-person Hot Tub. The fourth bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, it’s a private getaway!

This beautiful home offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette area, coffee and wine bar, two living areas and four Smart TVs to enjoy streaming your favorite shows and WIFI throughout. All the bath, bed linens and beach towels are provided. We also have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards to make for a fun beach day for everyone .Fun Fact: Bring you furry babies, if you go south on Cocoa Beach from the Fourth Street entrance after 5:00pm.

Sirenia Retreat is also ideal to host a weekend team retreat with all the necessary amenities. Let us know what you need and we can accommodate!

The enclosed patio is perfect for dining al fresco and just taking in the views after a day at the beach. An outdoor grill/BBQ is available. The 6-person hot-tub is a great place to relax on a quiet evening.

Two kayaks are available onsite and ready when you are. The boat dock will be operational with prior approval, a signed liability waiver and receipt of refundable deposit of $500 prior to check-in.
Parking in the driveway for up to four cars. We also have two bikes with helmets at your disposal

NOTE: Guests must sign the kayak and hot tub liability waivers prior to arrival day.

Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Perfect location right on the water. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, there is plenty of room to spread out. I especially loved the master bedroom upstairs which was like a "retreat". I would definitely stay again.

Great home, great location! Carole was wonderful to work with, and she ensured we had all we need. She was very attentive to our needs, even delivering a scale we needed to weigh my son for jiujitsu tournament. Short walk to the beach!

Fantastic vacation!

This was one of the best vacation homes we had ever stayed in: Great location, loved the canal access for fishing and kayaking, the house is large, well equipped and modern, upper master suite was perfect for grandparents, easy communications with owners. Overall, perfect vacation spot for our two kids, grandparents and two happy relaxed parents.

Beautiful home!

Very spacious clean home that is fully stocked with everything you need for your family vacation and entertaining friends. The host was responsive to any questions and the rental experience went smoothly. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation in Cocoa Beach!

Beautiful and well stocked home

We have stayed in several VRBO units and this one was the most well supplied with cooking, baking and coffee brewing utensils. The house is very nicely decorated and was close to everything. Any issues were quickly taken care of.

Property was overall well equipped and matched photos shown in the listing. Property manager was very responsive to issue raised with hot tub not working and it was repaired the following day. Would stay here again if we decide to come back to the area to fish.

Best VRBO house listing in Cocoa Beach

The pictures of this house online are true however in person is even BETTER!!! This house is absolutely amazing… right on the water (canal) we watched manatee, dolphins, and turtles. Proximity to the beach is maybe a mile or less. The host Carole is fabulous very attentive with all my questions. If you are on the fence about which house to book… this is definitely the one to choose!!!

House was as advertised

You know how sometimes a property looks great in the photos, but then you arrive, and it's awful? NOT this one. It was exactly as the photos show it to be. Very nice, clean, open floor plan. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful house in Cocoa Beach

It really is a great place to stay. Plenty of room in the house for our large party of 6. The beds were very comfortable, everything very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for breakfast and watching the many different animals - especially birds and some manatees. We even saw some turtles in the canal. Really wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking. The area was also great - very quiet and friendly neighborhood, close to the beach and many restaurants. Our host Carole was really outstanding - very professional, friendly and pleasant to communicate with. She always responded promptly and even informed us of an upcoming rocket launch which was great. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again.

All around phenomenal!

There is so much to say about this property and host. From check in to check out the process was smooth. The host Carole was pleasant and easy to communicate with. She even sent us info on a launch that was happening, suggested watching from the back deck, and man we were NOT disappointed. Watching the launch was once in a lifetime. As many other reviews noted, we did see dolphins swim right up to the docking area in back. We took the kayaks down the canal and to the mangroves and it was very enjoyable and a sight to see! The proximity to the beach and the privacy of the beach was a plus! The location is top notch, the house is open and clean, and we would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Cocoa Beach Summer Trip

Had an amazing time. House was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed taking the Kayaks out to the mangrove area. Saw a Momma Manatee and her baby at the house who hangs out near the boat dock. Baby was playing with the neighbors hose. Also saw dolphins. We rode the bikes to the beach. Also used the 2 body/boogie boards and bought a 3rd one from Walmart and left it at the house. It was cheaper than renting more. We saw 2 rocket launches from the beach. There is parking right on 4th st for $5/hr. House was perfect for our family of 8. Thank you

Great Home + Amazing Canal Views & Wildlife = Awesome Vacay !!

My husband and I had a great time @ Sirenia Retreat. Carole, the property manager, was so wonderful to work with ~ she made our arrival, stay & departure smooth & easy. And she was available if we needed anything !! She even left some wonderful surprises, which we loved. The home is so nicely cared for which makes for a comfortable, relaxing vacationing experience. It has a wonderful beach theme decor ~ very warm and inviting with plush comfort everywhere especially the king bed - what a dream! The back lanai & dock are a great place to unwind and enjoy the amazing canal ~ loved the dolphins & the many coastal birds. We also brought our cockapoo, Bailey ~ she enjoyed her time away too. Nice spacious house for our family of 8. Kayaking in the canal was fun seeing manatees and dolphins. A bald eagle even flew over one day. Carole was fantastic and communicative. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Amazing place on the canal

This was one of the best places I've stayed. The host was excellent and responded to any texts I sent. She was the best host I've ever dealt with. The house is wonderful, the four bedrooms and three baths are just perfect for a large group. The house is open and looks out to the canal. We used the kayaks to go along the canal and into the mangroves and it was just so serene and peaceful. The manatees came up to the dock as well as the dolphins. It was everything we could have asked for. There were boogie boards which we took every day to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a vacation in Cocoa Beach.

2022 Family Vacation

This was a wonderful trip. The house is beautiful. Well stocked with items you need. We enjoyed our trip and our stay. Being on the lagoon was a plus for the kids fishing and viewing wild life.
