Entire Villa - Sleeps 16, Heated Pool, East of A1A

Summary:
Welcome to Christopher’s at 2Eleven, just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. This villa consists of 3 luxury suites that will easily accommodate 16 guests, with its own private, heated, saltwater pool. The villa is perfectly located between the World Famous Cocoa Beach Ron Jon’s and Port Canaveral on the Space Coast. This is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, you can see the boardwalk from the front of the property.

The Space:
This villa was previously a triplex. We have fully renovated the entire building and property which is now Christopher’s at 2Eleven. Each of the 3 luxury suites are independently themed after our favorite destinations, Tahiti, Abacos, and Hawaii. While the 3 suites make up the property, each unit is fully functional as a separate housing unit. Each contains a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedrooms/bathrooms, utilities, and appliances. In total, Christopher’s at 2Eleven contains; 3 full custom kitchens, 4 full baths, 5 total bedrooms, with 6 beds and 5 sleeper sofas.

The first suite is Tahitian inspired, it includes original art from multinational destinations. The living room offers a plush sofa which converts into a queen size Air Dream pillow top bed. This suite offers a fully functional and equipped kitchen, while carrying out the Tahitian theme in solid espresso cabinetry, and large granite counter tops. The kitchen includes all brand new appliances. The master bedroom contains a queen size Serta Posturpedic bed, and the washroom has floor to ceiling travertine with oil rubbed bronze accents. The Tahiti Suite also offers a Florida room where you will find a fully equipped stand-alone marble bar, and a fold out single sofa. This unit includes 3 smart TVs, Netflix, etc, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and a separate, private, back courtyard with grill. This sleeps a total of 5 guests, with 1 full bath, 1 bed and 2 sleeper sofas.

The middle suite is the Abaco Suite inspired by the chain of islands in the Bahamas. This is the largest unit of the 3 and can sleep up to 10 guests. The living room offers a wrap-around sofa, which converts into a queen size pillow top bed. This suite also has a fully functional and fully equipped kitchen, with all new appliances, and large granite counter tops. It also includes a dining area that seats up to 10. The Abaco suite contains 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private, full bath. The guest room has 2 queen beds, a large dresser for storage and décor that brings you to the Abaco’s while you dream. The second bathroom has floor to ceiling travertine and a double vanity. This unit has a walk in laundry room with washer/dryer. It also has a private back pavered patio. This suite includes 3- 4k smart TVs, Netflix, and Wi-Fi, sleeps a total of 10, with 2 full baths, 3 beds and 2 sleeper sofas.

The end unit is the Little Kahuna Suite inspired by the beautiful state of Hawaii. This unit is similar in size to the Tahiti suite, however, it has 2 full bedrooms. The living room offers a sleeper queen size sofa, with an open concept that leads right into the fully functional and fully equipped kitchen. The custom kitchen contains all new appliances and large granite counter tops. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed. The guest room includes a queen size bed bed and connects to the laundry room with washer/dryer. The bathroom makes you feel like you are surfing at Pipeline and has all the comforts of home. The Little Kahuna Suite has the largest of the private back pavered patios with tons of space to layout, dine, and enjoy the outdoors. This unit includes 3 smart TVs, Netflix, and Wi-Fi, sleeps a total of 6, with 1 full bath, 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa.

SUMMARY: Christopher’s at 2Eleven is family and pet friendly, can easily sleep 16 guests, is walking distance to the beach and destinations like the Cocoa Beach Pier. Each of the 3 suites that make up Christopher’s at 2Eleven include; washer, dryer, 40 gallon hot water heater, WIFI, Netflix, separate kitchens, dinning, bathrooms, bedrooms, and private pavered patios. The pier is approximately 3/4 of a mile and the walk to the beach is about 2 - 3 minutes or less than 1/4 mile.

This property was once a secluded triplex on a quiet street and we have converted each of the units into luxury vacation rentals. Each unit is themed independently to add to the uniqueness of the property. The 35 foot private swimming pool is located in the front courtyard. Parties and events are not allowed at this property.
