The house was spotless and well located outside of town in a semi-rural location. Perfect for skiing in Brian Head and visiting national parks. Pickleball court was a nice touch - wish we had time to play!

The host’s communication was excellent, the check-in was a breeze, the game room and backyard were a bonus. Amenities throughout the home were excellent; fully stocked kitchen, extra bath towels, laundry soap, chargers in the bedrooms. Appreciated the thoughtful snacks that were provided.

Spring break visit

This is a great home for travel in this part of Utah. We went to Zion and St. George and enjoyed restaurants in Cedar City. Would recommend this home to anyone that would need a place to stay in Cedar City.

Rented for a month. If you want to cover a lot of Utah this is centrally located. We hit all the national parks, Los Vegas, Grand Canyon, and Hoover Dam. Clean and nice place plus we had room to park our 38’ motor home

Great place to stay!

We loved our time staying here. The kitchen was very well stocked, with some great additions like to go coffee cups and a few snacks on arrival. Our kids loved playing in the game room and we all had fun playing together in the backyard. The sport court is awesome! The house is in a great location for exploring the area.

Awesome stay for entire family

We stayed here for just over a week. This property was perfect for what we wanted, plenty of parking and plenty of living space, easy access to the property and home. The host provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10

Wonderful Property

We only stayed a few days, but we loved this property. It was clean and cozy. The kids had so much fun with the arcade games and pickle ball court. And the kitchen was the most well-stocked of any rental we've ever stayed at. We loved the country feel and the quiet of the area.

We wanted to share a quick note about our wonderful son, Colton, who has Angelman Syndrome and may not fully understand concepts like property lines.

We truly cherish him, and many of our guests adore him as well.

While we hope this doesn't occur, please know that he may sometimes approach you spontaneously, offering a friendly wave or a grunt from our side of the fence.

If he pays you an unexpected visit, please contact us via phone or in person.

He doesn’t speak, so if he doesn’t respond, please don’t take it personally—he means no harm. Thank you for your understanding and kindness!
