This lovely home was exactly what we needed. Shops nearby, laundry facilities, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, garage for car(big plus!) and easy access to sites. Excellent communication with host.

Our annual trip to Shakespear. We were able to get to Festival quickly & easily. All the information that was sent by owner was complete & easy to follow. I was able to check about availability for one more night via text. Received quick reply which was appreciated. It was great to be able to park in garage. Nice stay.My only suggestion would be to get new pillows for the beds.Best regards,Deborah Hinman

What a gem!

This is a wonderful gemn of a property. The owners are fantastic to rent from. Stayed here with family members visiting my son whobis working in the area. Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with video games, air hockey and foosball in the garage. Close to shopping, food, the airport, parks and pickelball! Thank you!

Great home

Very clean home with room for 8. Little comforts like lotion and shampoo/ conditioner. We did play air hockey and foosball in the garage that was very fun. The doors are very squeaky and need wd40 which is easy to fix.

Great place to stay

This was our first time using VRBO. It was a great experience. The home was nice and very clean. The carpets look like they were freshly shampooed and everything was just clean. It was nice to have a garage as well. It was nice being close to a Pickleball court and a paved path for our kids to ride bikes.

Hiking getaway

The house was spotless and well stocked. Our family came for the weekend to hike in Bryce Canyon and Zion. The hosts were great to work with. We will stay here again!!!

Wonderful Cedar City home!

This home was perfect for our family trip to Cedar City! Our kids slept comfortably, loved playing outside in the rocks (we have a toddler in his construction toy phase), and the kitchen had every pot, pan, and appliance we needed to make our meals! It was a short drive to the places we visited, which was expected and worked well. However, our 6 month old was quite tired of car seats after driving in to town.

Perfect place to stay for six adults attending the Shakespeare Festival mixed with family fun. Super clean and had all we needed. Great host! We will be back.

Nice home

Overall good stay. Love that it is simple & uncluttered! Great to have a big garage with air hockey. Kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of cookware without being too much. When the internet had an issue, Shaun resolved it immediately. We didn’t expect so much highway traffic noise.

Property was just as shown. Clean and quiet. House was stocked with all necessities especially coffee! Slept great in a very comfortable bed. The house was cozy and the location made it easy to get anywhere in town. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

perfect location

The house was exceptionally clean, very quiet, conveniently located and had a well stocked kitchen along with excellent bedding and very luxurious towels in the bathrooms. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if we return to Cedar City! Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Cedar City and the house was perfect! My husband and I enjoyed playing air hockey AND parking in the garage. The house was spotless and the host was great. We will stay here again!

Peaceful stay for SUU graduation

Clean, orderly, fun time! We loved the fuseball, and air hockey tables. The kitchen was fully stocked and easily accessible.

This home is mostly brand new. It is called the Phoenix because one of our tenants' car caught on fire, in the garage, and destroyed our humble home.

The Phoenix went under rehab for seven months and just like that, it is now better than it was before the fire.
