We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for a family of 6 adults and 3 kids to spread out! We loved that the beach was close and easy to walk to. Our first trip to St. Simons and we will be back!

Absolutely Perfect

This is our first time to area and we couldn’t have enjoyed it any more than we did! The house is gorgeous, the pool is perfect, the neighborhood is precious and we can’t wait to return. The property is exactly as described.

Quick drive or walk to everything. The house itself is great and was perfect for my family of 4. Only criticism would be the furniture is a bit beat up from use and the kitchen appliances / amenities could be updated. Overall great place to stay and the pool is also great!

Great home - unfortunate service

House and location was second to none. Heated pool being broken during the entire stay made for a frustrating week. Heated pool with 60 degree weather was a must for kids. Management company was not very responsive with just too many excuses. Suggest owners does preventive maintenance on key items like this.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are glad you enjoyed the house and location. However, I’m surprised you think we were not responsive when we had multiple conversations with you everyday you were here regarding pool. Because you waited one day prior to your arrival to request pool heating we did not know there was a problem until the pool company went to turn the heater on. The pool company tried their best to get the parts needed but had to order them and as we explained they would not be in before your departure. We are sorry for any inconvenience the pool mechanical error caused. It is always our goal for our guests to have a happy and enjoyable experience.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house...spacious...had everything we needed...pool was not as clean as expected, someone came Saturday morning to clean it up some.House is not too far from beach and pier and it was actually a peaceful and pleasant little walk!!We really enjoyed our annual family vacation there!!One suggestion: remove all the artificial flowers/greenery/ornaments, since they're only collecting dust and I dont think housekeeping is being supervised because some furniture/decor is dusty as well.Just a suggestion...:)

Great family bacation spot!

Property management was great and helpful for a couple of items. Love the hangout room, perfect for crashing out and watching TV. Coffee table in front living area will hold a 1000 piece puzzle, very important to our family. Dining table made great game table. Two recommendations - TV in twin room and more supplies. Liked the heads up from company about that and luckily we could bring supplies from our home for those flying in. For this price range we should have enough supplies for the week.

6 day getaway with couples

The house was just what we were looking for , three couples over 50 we all wanted our own space. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms with large showers and the house had great living space and a great pool. The outside of the house could have been in better shape, found broken Lange chairs, BBQ grill parts laying around the pool area empty gas bottles on porch to name a few issues . The ground and pool maintenance teams were in and out in 10 minutes and just worked around the broken and displaced items. An eye for details were definitely missing inside and out when it came to cleanliness. But the home and pool was very nice but for the price it needs need bedspreads, and carpeting in the bedrooms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Do you enjoy Carpenter ants? Do you like showers that don't drain? Then this is the perfect house for you and your family. Not one but two pest control companies had to come to the house to take care of the known issue of Carpenter ants at this house. The shower in the master bath wouldn't drain so had to use the pool shower. These comments and more were left with Georgia Coast Realty with not even the courtesy of a phone call after such a stay. We have stayed at this house previously in 2018 and were looking forward to our stay this past summer. Do yourself a favor and find another house.

We apologize again for the carpenter ants. We sent one company to treat the the property and sent another to give us another opinion on how to keep it from happening again. We talked to you a few times during your stay and if you would have reported the master bath shower issue we would have sent someone over immediately to take care of it. Our goal is for everyone staying with us to have an enjoyable experience.

Love the pool! Ride bikes almost everywhere. Close to the beach. Would love to see a gas grill hooked up to natural gas. But I like charcoal too. Great house. Lots of room for everyone to spread out.

This property is gorgeous! Perfect for our family get together, had space for us to both stretch out & find our quiet reading nooks but also gather together as a big family. We really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, clean linens & plenty of blanket options. The house is in walking distance to restaurants, beach & pier. Would definitely return!

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location!

This home is lovely. Floor plan lends itself to a family. Great kitchen. Two living areas ~ one with television and one without. Very private master suite. Screened porch off master overlooking the pool was amazing! Pool was a large lap pool, but enough for family to enjoy. Location was about 3 blocks to beach and 3 blocks to Pier Village restaurants, shopping and pier fishing! Would definitely visit again!

Amazing stay!

The house was amazing! Pictures do not do it justice; it is huge! Everything was so close and within walking distance. Only issue was the AC unit broke for the upstairs but fans and a portable unit were brought in until it was fixed in 1.5 days! Very responsive and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 6 and this house had plenty of space!! The home was exceptionally clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We did notice the washer didn’t drain very well so it took awhile to dry clothes and towels. This home is the BEST location on the island. It literally took us 3 min to walk to the 9th street beach access and 3-4 min to restaurants and shops. The kids loved the pool, it was the perfect way to cool off at the end of the day. We will definitely consider renting again for next year!
