Property is very nicely finished and located as advertised. Very short walk to the beach, unfortunately we had an entire week of 95-100 degree days that curtailed most other activities we had planned! Enjoyed our stay very much however. I would note that there is an upstairs identical unit and can be noisy depending upon the upstairs renters.

Awesome as always

This was our 6th time staying in Sue’s lovely condo and we always love it. We do an annual SSI girls trip and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The king beds with private baths are nice, and we love the kitchen and all the counter space! We always bring way too much food, but there’s plenty of space. So if you have a large group and like to eat and talk, this is the place for you! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and then some! The porch is wonderful for coffee in the mornings, and there are two coffee makers to make plenty. It’s also literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is super convenient. There are bikes and chairs in the garage to use, and plenty of parking for all of our cars. Sue is an amazing host and very easy to communicate with.

Perfect place!

Immaculate home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Host thought if everything from beach towels to q-tips Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable covered patio and large bedrooms and bathrooms. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed every minute!!!

Thank you for letting us use your property which was perfect for our family reunion. It's very clean, ample space for 8. The beds were very comfortable, enough supplies of towels and kitchen was well kitted for all the cooking we did as we love to cook. Supplies for kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. We love the high ceiling and the layout of the unit. We highly recommend the place. Two things to note: the dishwasher somehow does not clean the dishes well. The elevator was a challenge to operate although we finally got it. We preferred the stairs anyway, more exercise. So thank you to be part of our family memories.

St Simon luxury!

Great house, 200 feet from beach. Unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent beds and comfortable seating including the outdoor deck which was great. Will definitely consider returning!

The perfect get a away

Wonderful. For the last 20 years, go to St. Simon’s at least twice year. It is hard to find a place with the perfect balance of everything you want - walking distance to beach, close to pier and local shopping, etc. here you have a perfect balance for location. Plus the home is wonderful - open, inviting, and clean. I think it is one of few properties on the island that truly has a perfect balance of everything.

Excellent Beach Location

Our family enjoyed the excellent location of this St. Simons Island beach villa and the ease of communication and generous hospitality from the host. The home is beautifully situated across the beach with a quaint shell paved walk to the beach access. The villa is spacious as is the porch, so we gathered the most relaxing breezes. Overall, this uniquely adorned villa was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy God's amazing ocean and beautifully painted sky. access.

This condo is beautifully decorated & very close to the beach! Plenty of room for my husband, me & the two other couples that traveled with us! Everything was well stocked! We would all love to stay there again!

Great vacation!

This property was actually even better than the photos suggested. We loved the location and the very short walk to the beach and dining. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice appliances and cookware. We would definitely stay here again!

Our Happy Place

Beautiful spacious property within walking distant to restaurants and the pier. The best part is the location to the beach access. Just a short 3 minute walk and you are on the sand. Perfect for when the toddler was ready for a nap. Don’t miss out on this gem of a unit.

Great long weekend at St. Simon’s island.

We had a great time in this gorgeous villa just a short walk away from the beach. The villa had everything we needed. Communicating with the owner was easy, she promptly answered my questions. Everything was perfect. We will be back. Thank you.

Lovely Lowcounty Home

Beautiful home in an excellent location. 2 min walk to the beach, and easy walk to restaurants, ice cream, and the small village. Extra amenities come with this listing including a garage, beach chairs, towels, fully equipped kitchen and more. Owner was very responsive, check in and out was a breeze. Home was true to the listing. It felt more like borrowing a friend's home than being in a "rental".

Lovely near the beach condo on Saint Simons

This spacious condo has all the amenities. It even had an elevator. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a large kitchen, and lovely porch to sit and read on.

Wonderful, cozy, clean & close to everything!

We loved our week at this great condo! I could sit on the porch all day, everyday. It’s a VERY short walk to the beach and everything you could ever need is there from a fully stocked beautiful kitchen to beach gear to bikes. 10 stars isn’t enough! We loved being able to walk to dinner and to the nearby King & Prince resort to get an afternoon cocktail.

Amazing stay!

Perfect property. Everything you need and more. Spotless! Communication was great! The walk to the beach is tops 3 mins. We flew kites everyday and enjoyed all that was provided by the owner. Lovely town with great food and happy hours. The outside patio was lovely, we spotted many birds. The elevator was a life saver. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

We purchased the villa after looking in St. Simons for over a year. We then spent about three months furnishing it and decorating it and now would like to share it with others who love the Island and the Beach. We enjoy it on an occasional weekend (we only live about an hour in a half away). It is such a laid back, relaxing place to visit. You will love it!

It is a place where our families love to share with others who love the charming and slower way of life on the Island. Family time is so important as well as the need to escape from the hectic real world.. to relax and rejuvinate! We insist!

Beach-going is a way of life on St. Simons Island. The ambient climate allows year-round enjoyment, so pick your pleasure: surfing, shelling, sunbathing, jogging, picnicing, fishing, bird watching, volleyball, biking, kayaking or swimming. There are a number of tours such as nature, driving and ghost tours available. There is also over a dozen art galleries in the downtown district that you will enjoy exploring. Drive to the north end of St. Simons Island and visit 1884 Christ Church, located on Frederica Road. Also visit the Epworth by the Sea Christian Conference Center, built in 1880, and the eighteenth-century Fort Frederica National Monument, which also has an interesting museum shop. Visit the 1872 St. Simons lighthouse and museum located in the center of the island. Climb its 129 steps to the top for a spectacular view of Jekyll Island and neighboring islands.
