In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper, 20 minutes to Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rentals, Silverthorne Outlets and shops. Walk to the Lake Dillon Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon open from Jan-Mar.

In the summer, walk to Dillon Marina for SUP, kayak and boat rentals. An easy walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June to September. Near the Summit County bike/rec path which connects all resorts and towns with 55 miles of trails. The free Summit Stage shuttle service is just across the street and provides transit to all towns and resorts.
