Enjoy this open floor plan, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home decorated to perfection! There is room for 6 guests including the pull out sofa. Gorgeous kitchen with top of the line appliances and fully stocked cupboards. The home includes: wifi, smart TV, washer & dryer, gas grill, fire pit, and dock for your boat!
Need a boat for the weekend? We have a pontoon you can rent for $250 per day.

This home has 40' of sandy bottom lake frontage which is perfect for swimming right out front! It is also shallow enough for kids and has 2 steps with a handrail to easily step down from the seawall.

This is an adorable house in a great location!

Rental was pretty much as described. Easy check-in and everything that you need for your vacation was there. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pontoon was "out of service", but we made the best of lake time.

Lovely home and great neighbors!! We rented the pontoon for a day and Dan was very helpful in showing us the ropes before we took it out. The lake is connected to Big Wolf Lake where we hung out at the sandbar. Close to Brooklyn which has a couple of cute shops. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic place to relax. Enjoyed the lake and pontoon boat. Fishing off the dock was fun. Wi-fi was great. Place was comfortable and as pictured. Wonderful host with easy communication.

Amazing Stay!

The home was absolutely perfect for our group! We had 5 ladies in our group and the house was absolutely amazingly clean! The hosts were very accommodating, responded quickly to questions and were all around super nice! We will definitely stay again and recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The cottage is awesome has everything you could ever need, great location, lake was great and we sat out aby a campfire and talked with the neighbors great people and had a wonderful weekend. Would defiantly stay here again if traveling to this area. Came for the NASCAR race and had as much fun at the cottage and on the lake as at the race.

Wonderful time at Olcott Lake

The home was just as described. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Kids had tons of fun fishing off the dock and riding the pontoon boat. Highly recommended!

Amazing Place

The house was very cozy and perfect size. It was well kept up and very clean!! The house had everything we would need so we didn't have to bring to much. We had a girls weekend (my Mom's birthday weekend) with 7 of us. All neighbors were great and fun to hang out with. We was also invited to go on a boat ride with them. There was nothing less than great vibes all weekend!! We will be back!! :)

Wonderful stay!

This is a lovely, well-appointed property and our group had a wonderful few days fishing off the dock and taking the pontoon boat to the sand bar. Hope to come back again next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Very clean and nice open floor plan. The hosts were extremely kind and so easy to work with. The house is well stocked with everything you need and more. Highly recommend.

Delightful Cottage

The cottage is a delight. The pictures do not lie. The Kitchen has what you need to cook. It was nice to be able to sit outside under the awning. The owners were thoughtful and made sure that we had candles and flashlights in case the electricity was knocked out by the powerful storms which went through during our stay. It stayed on but their concern was much appreciated.

First ever VRBO booking, exceeded expectations!

From the moment we pulled in the driveway, we could tell this was going to be a great stay. Great view of the lake and the property was very clean inside and out. Would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely look to book in the future. We had a Family of 5 and it worked perfectly for our needs. Now back to reality, sad to leave…

A Perfect Break

We had a wonderful stay. Property owners Paulette & Dan were amazing. They stopped by and helped build a fire the evening we arrived and provided a personal pontoon boat training session. The surrounding neighbors were also super friendly. This was the perfect place for our cousins girl getaway and had plenty of entertainment for our day visitors (kids & husbands). This rental is highly recommended! Thanks for the perfect relaxing weekend!

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time! My husband and I brought our three young children here for a little getaway. The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock. We rented the pontoon for a day, which was a lot of fun. The house was very clean, nicely updated, and we used the fire pit and grill a few nights. The neighbors were very friendly and the house is a short drive away to Brooklyn, where we ate and did some shopping. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Experience

This was our first stay at Morningwood Manor. Very clean and spacious. It had everything you could need and more. Neighbors were so friendly and helpful. Already booked our stay here for next year. Highly recommend this waterfront home.

Lake Relaxation

Beautiful Lake House

We had a great experience at the lake last week. The property owners, Paulette and Dan, are super nice. The place was very clean and had just about everything there that you would need. There are many good restaurants and shopping nearby. My kids caught lots of fish right off the dock. It is also a very peaceful and relaxing area to stay in. I would totally stay there again.

Great Place

Loved the house, extras like the awning and privacy screen were great touches. Brought our pontoon and enjoyed fishing and tubing. Grilled and had bonfire also. All the neighbors were nice and very friendly. Owners very quick to respond with our questions about parking and putting the boat in. Would surely stay again.
