Working from home? There is a designated office space with a desk and a TV so you never have to miss a step when you work remotely. The home is even equipped with high-speed internet and power charging stations in each bedroom for personal devices! No matter what you enjoy, Paradise Palms will be your new favorite vacation destination!

This elegant 5-bedroom 4-bathroom home can sleep as many as 17 people comfortably. The master bedroom hosts a king bed as well as a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Just off the entry, the second bedroom hosts a Sofa Sleeper with direct access to a hall bathroom. Upstairs you will find a double queen bedroom with a TV, as well as another Queen suite with its own mounted TV! The bunk room is the perfect place for kids or kids at heart to spend their vacation nights, with 1 twin/double/queen bunk bed and another full/ full with an ensuite. The living and kitchen area host gorgeous windows, as well as plenty of light and privacy from the outside world. Escape the average day-to-day routine and come relax at Paradise Palms with all of your favorite people!

Loved our stay

This place was perfect for our family. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed from cooking utensils to extra towels. We absolutely loved the pool area and water slide. We are already planning our next trip. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great for Family Time

Great Stay!

The property was beautiful and well stocked with pool towels, plenty of dishes, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. Our family spent a lot of time at the pool as the week we stayed there were record high temperatures in southern Utah. Fun slide and great lazy River! We really appreciated the fact that they allowed us to turn the air down to 70 degrees. Other places we’ve stayed require 78 degrees as the lowest temp setting. The lower temperatures indoors really compensated for the crazy (115 degree) temperatures outside. Thanks to our great host-She replied quickly to my requests and was very helpful!!

AMAZING fun home for families.

We LOVED our stay here and will definitely be back!! The switch, game room, and play place were ideal for our kids. The beds were amazing and it had all the amenities you could want. The home is very clean and beautiful and the pool will keep your kids busy for days. We absolutely appreciated the host and how helpful they were. We would recommend this home to anyone with a family wanting to have fun in St. George!

Great rental

What a fun house! Perfect place for a family vacay with all the fun stuff! The garage is full of kid stuff like foosball, bball, putting green PLUS the property amenities like the pool and hut tub, pickleball (which I think is year'round). The upstairs area has a separate living space great for the kiddos to play games. We liked the adult table outside for a (quiet) glass of wine. It was clean, well stocked and comfy beds.

We loved staying here. The house was so nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved the garage game room. The weather was very cold, but the heated pool and lazy river were still fun and the hot tub was just right.

AMAZING STAY!

This house was fantastic! Do not hestitate to book a stay here. We are a family of 4 with two college age daughters and we absolutely loved our stay! This home has everything you need from the kitchen, the TV's, wifi, board games and our new found favorite of ping pong. We enjoyed unplugging from the world and had amazing quality times with our girls. The check-in and check out was super easy as well. We also loved our daily games of pickleball and visits to the hot tub and pool. This home is a great place for young kidsland large families as well as there is so much to do and a lot of space to do it in.

Can I live here please?

We rented this gem with some extended family for a long weekend in St. George. It fit our three families perfectly with plenty of room to spare! It has all of the vacation rental amenities you'd expect with a full kitchen, entertainment, bathroom essentials, etc. But what struck me was how the whole place just felt very well built. The high ceilings on both floors were inviting and roomy, but never "echo-y". The kids had plenty of space to play upstairs, but you didn't feel like they were running around right over your head. That separation between floors was amazing and I want it in my future house SO bad. Our infant slept in a large closet upstairs and stayed asleep even among the laughter and screeches from the other kids! All the furniture was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the games (table tennis, pop-a-shot, foosball) in the garage, and the pool down the street was heated just enough to be enjoyable in the 65-degree sunny November St. George weather. If it's much colder than that, your best (only?) option might be the hot tub. There isn't a ton of shopping or restaurants nearby yet, but we took advantage of the proximity to fantastic hiking and biking trailheads. Paved walking trails crisscross the surrounding neighborhoods for easy strolls. If ATVs are more your speed, it looked like there was access close by for that recreation as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be back!

Perfect St. George Get-Away

We loved this home! It's in a quiet area of St. George, close to multiple restaurants and excellent for our large family. Extra bonus was the brand new heated pool and lazy river! We sat in one of the two hot tubs while the kids played in the pool. This house had a garage full of games and was a great place to stay. We'll definitely book again!

Very nice accommodations

The fridge was not as cold as it should have been and did not dispense cold water. Thank you for the ice. Hot water was extremely hot!! More black washcloths for makeup and washcloths in general would have been nice. For as many days as we were there we did not have enough and there were not any in the downstairs bathroom Beds were comfy. House was set up good. Stocked well. More mixing bowels and storage conditioners would be nice. Great location. Pool was great for kids. It was too bad the slide didn't work, but going to the Rec center was nice. very family friendly. We were pretty happy with it.

Excellent home!

Such a great location. This is actually my second time staying in this house. It has everything you need for a stay and plenty of places to hang out and gather, or spread out if you need alone time. The house is beautiful and I seriously want to get the sectional for my own house. Soooo comfortable! Kitchen was so well-stocked and we just had a lot of fun. Highly recommend!

Fantastic, Comfy Home for Eight!

Everyone in our family of eight, from 9 to 73 years of age, loved staying in this spacious two story home. There was a large open kitchen with an island, modern appliances and dining area...with an open TV area also, that we could all gather together in comfortably when we wanted to just hang out or play games. The shady private patio was also close by for those who wanted to enjoy being outside. The gas barbecue there was easy to use and big enough for us to BBQ eight large steaks! The older people used the two main floor bedrooms and the youngest used the three upstairs bedrooms which also had an open area with games they could play. The garage had ping pong and Basketball hoops to practice shots! The home was also beautifully decorated. It was also a good jumping off place for our planned activities at Zion, Red Sands where we rented UTV's and Tuacahn theater. We will definitely use it again!

Amazing Condo for a Family Getaway

This condo was amazing for our family. It was very well maintained, stocked with fun activities for the family, and in a perfect location. We were literally minutes away from everything we wanted to do, but secluded enough to have a peaceful environment when we just wanted to relax at the condo.

Best all around St. George Experience!!

Wow I wish our stay could have been longer! This beautiful house was comfortable from the second we walked in to the moment we left. We had plenty of space for our entire family. The kitchen was great and had everything that we needed! Temperature was perfect any time of day and between games and the multiple TVs we were constantly entertained. This house is so close to all of St. George's Treasures!
