Welcome to Little Valley, an area you may not have ever been to but after visting you won't wait to come back. A truly fabulous setting offered to guests to enjoy the recent enhancements throughout the home designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. Conveniently located just a short 10 minute drive to Ellicottville with gorgeous views along the way.
We've updated this already charming home with new modern furnishings from the best direct to consumer brands making the space so warm and inviting you won't want to leave the cabin. This property offers 3 acres and unlike many accomodations boasting acecerage, it enjoys a large flat area in front to set up games or let the kids run. We've improved the wifi to 100mps, added smart TV's, improved the outdoor living with fire tables and comfortable seating which only enhances the already fabulous setting. All new mattresses and bedding!

Lovely cottage by a stream

Fairly private setting in that there aren't too many houses around. Relatively close to EVL and easy to get around. Says it is a 3-acre property but the house is right on a main road. And most of the 3 acres appear to be beyond the creek. Beds are comfortable and has an overall nice set up. Upstairs is roomy - one bath is in the midst of being finished off. There is a fenced dog space right off the back which is a bonus. Grill needs to be tuned up. Our biggest challenge was no welcome book or instructions for how to use the house. We had zero cell phone coverage and did not have the code to access the wifi, not even enough to message through the app. We ended up communicating with property manager via text which worked out fine. But, we had to text every time we had a question, which was more than we are used to. A welcome book with instructions would clear all of this up.

Second Trip to Creekside

Creekside is the perfect getaway! The kitchen is fully equipped, and the cozy living room with a fireplace is ideal for enjoying the snowy outdoors. The setting is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable bedding and the convenience of laundry facilities. The host is always available and responsive, and the WiFi and TV options add to the comfort. Close to Ellicottville and 20 minutes to Springville or the Casino. . Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

Creekside had everything we required for the 5 day stay to visit family and friends; truly felt like our home. Full kitchen, two options for relaxing and watching tv and great sleeping options and bathrooms on both floors. Perfect quiet setting and central location to drive 10 minutes to Ellicottville, Cattaraugus or 15 to Springville. The added dog wooden fence was a benefit to allow our dog to have easy access in and out. The other rented smaller cabin next door still allows privacy in the house and yard as it uses a separate parking area and walkway. Tim, the host, was proactive and open with his communication via the app or by text. Will definitely be a returning guest.

Perfect place

The check in was easy as can be. The cabin layout was perfect. Very roomy and nicely laid out. There is a small stream through the back of the property that is nice to listen to while having a morning coffee

Top tier host and location

We had an excellent time! Stayed here for an off-site strategic planning meeting for our business. Lovely clean well maintained house and property. Beautiful babbling brook outside. Corral for our dogs to go out. Host was so helpful, engaged and communicative. Stay here!

Wonderful get-away

It was a pleasure to stay here. Plenty of space for a 5, 3, and 6mo. old plus a dog and 4 adults. We lucked out with a big snowfall and had fun building snowmen. The cabin is well equipped, including some space heaters for the upstairs bedrooms. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen pretty well equipped. We all really enjoyed our stay and want to visit again.
