Welcome to Sunset Shores! This family friendly neighborhood is perfect for your beach vacation. Our 3 bedrooms/ 3 bathrooms home is spotlessly clean home is ready to host your family. Decorated with modern beachy décor everyone will feel comfortable. Walk down the street to the salt water pond for swimming, kayaking, sunsets and arguably the best clamming in RI. We are minutes away from RI's most beautiful beaches, Scarborough, Roger M Wheeler or Narragansett Town Beach are within minutes. We are also a short drive to the Block Island ferry and “Clam Cake Corner”. Perfect spot for a couple’s getaway or family vacation!

Our home with open floor plan offers three bedrooms and three baths and amenities such as central air conditioning, outdoor shower, huge deck with grill and washer & dryer, Amaxon fire stick for TV and Wifi.
The floor plan is:

Level 1, Garage, Laundry Room, 3-piece bathroom, Family/Playroom

Level 2, Family room with fireplace, open kitchen dining room, Full Bathroom 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with full master bath.

Bedroom 1: Twin over full bunk beds with a twin trundle.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Traveling with a baby we understand how hard that is, we have outfitted our home with all the baby things you will need: Pack and play with mattress, highchairs, swing, and bassinet. I can set them up in a room for you if requested.

Traveling with our family of five and the family dog, We found the place to be exactly as advertised: easy check-in, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities.Location was great close to nearby beaches, close to Newport and the neighborhood was nice and very quiet.Thank you, Colleen, we loved our stay and would love to keep it in mind for next year!

We had the perfect stay at Colleen's house. The house itself was just as described in listing and kept extremely clean. We loved the location - we enjoyed walks around the neighborhood (especially to the dock) and being close to the town of Narragansett. Colleen was great to work with - she responded quickly and was very accommodating. We hope to be back!

This is a perfect vacation home for a family of 5. We wish we could stay for the whole summer. It’s very spacious, relaxing campfires at night around the fire pit and the sunsets are spectacular from the backyard deck. Our host provided many essential items if you’re headed to the beach which was helpful such as umbrellas and beach chairs. They also have bikes you can ride around the neighborhood. It’s just a minute walk down the street to a fishing dock where you can catch a beautiful sunset. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Home rental in Narragansett Rhode Island

My wife and I stayed at the property for 13 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is attractive and located in a wonderful neighborhood. The location was great to visit beaches and other parts of Narragansett and points nearby in Rhode Island. We found the property to be clean but not spotless. The biggest negative issue for us was the number of stairs to climb. We are in our 70's and that was a bit of a challenge.

Great house in great neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed this house! It was very clean and there was plenty of space. The neighborhood was perfect for taking our puppy on walks in between visits to the beach!

Great house - awesome location!

We had a great week at Colleen's house! This house was super clean and comfortable - great living space, bedrooms, and deck! Colleen was super easy to communicate with - responded to any question right away! Kitchen was well appointed! The location was perfect for my mixed age group (and pups!) - just minutes to Roger Wheeler beach (for no surf ) and not too far from East Matunuck beach (for some surf)! We love this area - you can watch the ferry go to Block Island, eat a fish sandwich from Iggy's, or take a short ride to Town Beach to watch surf lessons! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with an additional bonus of an access path to the bay within walking distance! Great for getting quahogs!! We hope to be able to return next year!

Terrific Stay

We have stayed in many rental homes in Narragansett and this might have been the best. Everything was so clean and new. The large outdoor deck was lovely. The kids (teenagers) enjoyed having their own hang out place downstairs. Three bathrooms with showers was great for having teens as well. The neighborhood was perfect if you have little ones to ride their bikes around, we took a walk every evening.

The property was a nice house in a good neighborhood. A couple of issues - stairs were too much for us, TV was not regular cable, it was FIRE TV , which requires you to download apps to watch some programs. Master bedroom was so high it was difficult to get in. Air conditioner broke, but owner was able to get it fixed in a couple of days.

More amazing than expected!

So clean! So perfect for a seaside vacation. Colleen was incredibly helpful from booking to checkout. Nice, quiet neighborhood, doesn’t seem to be full of college rentals like others nearby. Comfy beds, baths were all newly renovated and pristine. Kitchen had everything we needed for a large family meal, new appliances and easy to clean up. 10/10 would recommend, can’t wait to come back.

We bought this home for our family to enjoy. When we had our three sons and quickly realized we would not be talking long trips any time soon. We decided to share our home with other families. We outfitted our home to be as child friendly as possible. No one understands better than us how much stuff children require. Our home as everything you need for infants to toddlers to make you feel at home.
