Great home and location

We have stayed in the neighborhood before and have loved it both times. This house has been our favorite so far. Super clean, great porches and loved the pool area. We will definitely stay again!

Best place to stay

This house had everything we were looking for. Heated salt water pool, a view of the ocean, a short walk to the beach, a quiet neighborhood, walkable shops and restaurants, and room for us to be together. Was absolutely perfect and would come back again and again!!

Awesome Spring Break!

We’ve been staying in this neighborhood for spring break from 14 years now and we love the location. The house was beautiful wonderful swimming pool close to beach access close to shops and restaurants. We had a blast!

Perfect!

This was the perfect spot for the family. Close enough to the beach to really enjoy. Perfect size. Loved everything about it.

Lovely beach house

We enjoyed our stay at Suncatcher. The location is perfect for us, and this house is nice and clean with an easy and short walk to the beach. Here are 2 suggestions for this particular house to make it more guest friendly: add 1 more chair and side table to the living area and replace the kitchen faucet with a more useable faucet with a pull-out/flexible sprayer.

Horrible customer service follow through!!

We had a pretty unpleasant stay through the week and we have YET to hear back from management or anyone for that matter!! Upon checking in, the security/fire alarm(s) began going off and we initially attributed it to incorrectly disengaging the pool door as it eventually went away. But no, to our demise while in bed/sleeping more than once we were awaken abruptly!! We had an itinerary and spent a good bit of time at beach so managed to ignore it but the noise pollution was UNBEARABLE! The worst part is that in their internal records, this was recorded as actively happening before we even checked in! Fast forward, and it became more and more constant and our relaxing getaway time was ruined, not to mention work calls that were constantly interrupted. Eventually spoke to property management and someone came at midnight to get issue resolved. Also looks like their state regulated pool alarms were not functional. Hmmm. To this day, a week later, STILL waiting for someone to reach out, after our constant attempts at communicating, on how they intend to remedy the injustice in our expected peaceful stay.

We are very sorry that you ran into this problem during your stay. Looking back into our records on the first day of your stay upon arrival of our technitian all operable smoke alarms in the home were not chirping and he was unable to hear anything at each single one. Our after hours technitian was able to find the source and the alarm that you were hearing was stuffed into a closet possibly by a previous guest. It was not our intention to have your sleep interupted. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to see you again soon!

Great location! Needs a guest toilet as all the bathrooms are in a bedroom.Kitchen gets the job done but not ideal for families wanting to cook over most of their stay.Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are well done.Lovely wrap around porch for those morning coffees or evening "wine" downs.I would definitely stay again.

Location location location…this property’s location was outstanding. It was close to shops and restaurants, and only a stones throw away from the beach. After seeing the crowds on the public breaches, and the lack of parking. Having a private beach with chairs and umbrellas made the stay that much better. My kids also loved having a private pool.
