This beautiful 1950s home (rated 3*) was completely renovated in 2015. It was designed by architect André Morisseau, an associate of Claude Ferret, the chief urban planner for Royan’s reconstruction. It can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 well-designed bedrooms. The 78-square-meter house is located at the foot of the Notre Dame de Royan Church and a 4-minute walk from the Central Market. This house is also listed among Royan’s heritage properties.
The entrance is on Rue du Printemps; Japanese cobblestones lead you to the front door.
The house is spread over two levels: the first floor and the first floor.
On the first floor (approximately 40 m²):
The living area consists of a dining area (with tables and chairs) and a sitting area with a TV, sofa, and internet access. Board games are available.
The 8-square-meter kitchen is surrounded by a beautiful glass roof, giving it a neo-modern look. It is fully equipped and very functional (refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, range hood, stovetop) …
The 50-square-meter terrace lets you enjoy the outdoors (table and chairs provided) and the peace and quiet, despite the house’s ideal location in the city center near all the shops, the Central Market, and the church…
A separate restroom is located on the first floor.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, arranged as follows:
A first bedroom measuring 11 m² with a double bed
A second bedroom of the same size with a double bed.
A third and final bedroom with three single bunk beds (80 each).
Finally, the bathroom (with a shower) is equipped with a single sink, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
The staircase does not have child safety gates.Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are available
Wi-Fi is available; pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the property
Noise disturbances at night may result in intervention by law enforcement. House rules require quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The property is not accessible to people with disabilities.
You can park for free on the street and in the surrounding area.
