Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 34 m² flat for rent in Cabourg, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with TV and storage space
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) with TV and storage space
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- 5 m² south-west-facing balcony with chairs.
The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. There is also a car park 200m away.

- 50m from the Garden Tennis
- 1km from the racecourse
